Not for tough chewers
We have had this product for less than a week and it is already breaking down from our dogs chewing it. We did not even give it to our biggest chewer, our pitbull. We purchased 3 to stuff and rotate with our Kong’s, they had these 3 days last week and 2 of the 3 that we purchased are started to shred. Our Labrador and beagles were the ones who had them, and they are not that tough on toys. We will be replacing them with Kong’s. Very disappointed as we love our nylabones.

Good for Medium to Large dogs
As described but I can't recommend this for small dogs (under 35-40 lbs.) The hole in the bottom is too small and has 'supports' that have to be cut out. You will definitely need to cut open the hole in the bottom if you use with treats any larger than small kibble. This works fine but our dogs seem to prefer the traditional Kong toy and will play with the Kong even when there's no treat in it. They tend to leave this one alone unless we put a treat in it. If you do the peanut butter smeared inside to get them to play with this toy longer, you will definitely need to open the hole in the bottom and cut out the supports with larger dogs (bigger tongues). With the original hole size it does work if you 'fill' it with small sized dry dog food. The dog food falls out as they chew the toy. When we 1st got it and were experimenting, we tried several treats before cutting open the hole. With smaller dry treats our 40 lbs. beagle size dog picked it up, squeezed it with the bottom down and dumped all the food out. Then dropped the toy and eat the food ignoring the toy. ;-)Since we opened the hole we can insert dog bones and larger solid treats they have to work to get out.

Kong lasts longer, but this is okay.
I purchased "Kong" and "Nylabone" both on Oct. 18, 2018, and alternated days my malamute shepherd mix received a stuffed and frozen Kong or Nylabone. (I wouldn't consider him an aggressive chewer, he works to get the stuffing out and then leaves the toy.) Hand washed only. The Kong brand held up much longer The large hole is beginning to expand after a year + of use.(Picture shows wet Nybone)

My dog loves it
I have a large dalmatian that destroys toys. He loves this Nylabone chew toy and it has not been destroyed.

As good as Kong
Pretty much the same thing as a Kong--maybe even a little more durable! I prefer the Kong's more elegant shape, but my dog does not know the difference. I have this in medium and large and use it to feed her parts of her meals (I wet the kibble and freeze it). The sizing is larger than equivalent sized Kongs and holds a lot more due to the big bulbous shape. The large will easily work with your largest breed dogs. My 35# pup will still work at the large size, but i usually keep it only half full b/c full of kibble would be way too much for her. The medium size is perfect for her and keeps her busy for a few minutes when I lure her to her crate :)If you're thinking about using purely for treating with peanut butter or something frozen inside, I'd say the medium is still too big for any breed. It still holds a significant amount.Overall, will be buying these in the future when I need them to save a few bucks from the Kong. Great product and unlike other Kong-knockoffs, these are really well made (i.e., no messy edges).

Better than a Kong!
I run a dog care business out of my home and stuffable toys are essential to my daily routine. I have a few kongs and was planning on buying a couple more until I noticed these, similar in shape and function but more affordable! I fill and freeze them everyday, then they are chomped and licked by a variety of furry friends including a 50 lb pitty and a 80lb lab who is a very aggressive chewer (she cant even chew a traditional nylabone for a few minutes without making her gums bleed). They are holding up great and keeping my furiends busy while I take care of chores or eat some lunch. My favorite part? THEY ARE SO EASY TO CLEAN! a medium kong is just a few centimeters longer than my middle finger at its deepest point, so in order to clean then i need to used a knife or back of a fork to remove any leftover peanut butter, the ridges also seem to collect leftovers that make cleaning tricky. But the nylabone version is smooth on the inside and just the right length for my finger so cleanup is a much simpler process.

Excellent stuffable toy for an excellent price
I have an assortment of stuffable dog toys: Kongs, Sumos, and now two of these Nylabone stuffables. The Kong and Nylabone are tied for first place. They are similarly easy to clean, but it's slightly easier to clean the outside of the Nylabone because of the little nubs--they catch debris as you wipe it off so it's easier to remove. The other reviews are definitely correct that the small hole on these is laughably small, but I don't think it makes much of a difference. The big hole is bigger than it is on the Kong, but that makes them easier to fill, and it doesn't seem to affect how long they last. As far as durability, they're doing great so far. Multiple runs through the dishwasher, regularly being frozen, and near daily attacks by a teething Golden mix and determined Pomeranian and they're no worse for wear. But the best part is the price! The "wolf" size of this is just over half the price of a large Kong, and they are the same size and just as good of a product. I finally have enough so that at least one for each dog is in the freezer at all times, but if I ever get another dog, I'll get more of these over any other brand.

I like this better than the Kong
I prefer this to the Kong. I like that it has the nubs all around to stimulate gums. My dog is not a super aggressive chewer so I prefer that these are slightly squishier than the Kong - if you have an extremely aggressive chewer maybe you’d prefer the Kong. These also seem to have a nice bounce that my dog enjoys playing with while the stuff inside is melting. My dog gets about 3 of these per day and I own around 6 in an assortment of sizes, and they have held up just as well as the kongs.

Would never buy again
I gave this to my dog Christmas Morning as a treat with his breakfast in.He already has a Kong which he loves, but it is old. I thought a nice bacon flavour would be good.He loved it so much he started eating it!!!Hence, I had to throw it in the bin.Not indestructible, and definitely NOT value for money.Very disappointed

great for slowing the dogs noshing down!
this is great toy, she loves getting her kibble out of it then throwing it at my legs for a refil. Also great to play fetch as the random bounce adds a lot of fun for the dog. We have a rotten shepherd with a great powerful chew and she doesnt destroy this although we dont leave it with her when she is alone. Didnt notice any scent or flavour, which is actually good in my opinion as they sometimes smell really weird and chemically. Great alternative to Kong, durable and cleans well (using bottle brush). Have not tried freezing it, but I think the instructions said to do that. We usually fill with kibble and a little coconut oil or natural nut butter to keep them stuck in. has air hole at the small end to prevent it getting sucked onto your dogs chops, but when using nut butter it tends to get stuck there

Sturdy tog toy bit others are better hole is too big for treats!
It is robust ,smells like bacon ,my dog only bothers with it if it had food smeared inside like peanut butter so not as good as others as the hole is too big for treats unlike another he has so depends on your dogs needs he hasn't bothered even chewing it being a chewer I'm surprised as others said their dogs usebit as a toy without need of treats!

Not bad 👍
My chocolate lab loves it, I've always considered nylabone to be the best as he is extremely destructive but to be honest I don't think it will last too long, he's already chewed some of the end off (he is a very extreme chewer). Would be great for most dogs though.
