I love this Bible REAL bad! There have been times I read a passage and wonder what something means, and literally I'll remember there are footnotes or study notes at the bottom for a lot of verses and it will so clearly explain exactly what I was pondering, with many referencing other scriptures to support! It has made reading the Word even more enjoyable, not to mention the charts, maps and other stories, suggestions, and quotes, and of course Jesus's words in red; it truly is my favorite! I brought some bible tabs also from Amazon and they go so well with this Bible, along with highlighters and pens. This Bible is so beautiful with the perfect sized text. I do wish the pages were just a bit thicker, but I also understand that would mean the Book itself would be bigger. I realized just how thin and fragile the pages were while applying my Bible tabs, there are some small tears on pages or just from not being as gentle when turning a page, which makes me sad I can just suggest be very careful while handling. The cover will start to get worn with use, but remember it is the paper cover and there is a hard cover underneath which will prove to be durable. I have had this Bible just over a year. I hope to keep it in my life for the rest of it. This Bible has been a staple in getting closer to our Heavenly Father, I even believe He drew me to it Himself. I also personally prefer the NKJV. I would highly recommend and am so grateful for this purchase <3
