Does it hold on metal? I want to spray one of my Barbell bar . Would it hold work?

Yes it sticks to metal quite well. But it would probably start peeling away from barbell after some use.

Can you pressure wash on this Plasti Dip?

I would think a pressure washer would peel any plasti dip.

Has anyone used this on a hockey puck?

No,I have used it on alot of things. Object that have alot of abrasive use most likely the covering would peel and come off.

can i use this product on the soles of a shoe

I have no idea. Ask a shoe repair expert.
