Excellent supplement for the neurological system
This seems to be exactly like Ben Lynch's product and it's good for me on the days I don't eat a lot of eggs

solid product
Good quality PC at an affordable price. Been using this for a few years. It is thick and I just take full cap off to squeeze a bit out. I've never thought it tastes bad, but I usually mix it with a little oil and eat it with my breakfast. It has dramatically reduced my liver pain. I do have to be careful because taking too much can make me anxious and have vivid dreams, but every form of Choline I have tried will do that, and this one does it the least. I don't normally write reviews, but this product has been a lifesaver for me.

This is a solid product; tastes awful but it is a good product. I am going to try the serine product though, and see if I can get a tangible improvement in focus/ energy

So thick that it’s unusable
I’m sure that it’s an amazing supplement but it’s so thick that I can’t use it. They need to cut it with something

Great Product!
I ordered this product because I was told it would help me be more alert throughout the day and also that it would help my liver function so I can detox. It's a very thick liquid and it takes a while to get out the 1 tablespoon needed. It's a "different" type of taste, not bad but not great either and the thickness sticks to the roof of your mouth. I decided I would just add it to my protein shake in the morning instead. Wow! It definitely packs an energy punch! It's like caffeine without the jitters. Maybe it's just me but it seems to make me think faster and find my words better? So far excellent results...
