This stuff is awesome!!
I have been baking bread for years. Tonight, I used this flour instead of my usual and had the very best loaf of french bread that I have ever baked. Used the same old recipe I've always used but the bread was so much better than it ever has been before. It had to be the flour!! I am sold and will be buying this flour over and over.
