Egg Cartons - 250 Count

Depending on the time of the year and how successful I am at warding off raccoons and coyotes, we have somewhere between 17 and 35 chickens each year. And with somewhere between 10-28 eggs laid each day, we have a huge need for egg cartons. So when I found these on Amazon at a reasonable cost, I was pleasantly surprised. These boxes are durable enough that the folks who we give eggs to (mostly friends, family, and colleagues) return our cartons after use. We have some of these cartons that have been reused over 10 times and they're still going strong. They also very nicely fit the eggs, and we can trust them to protect the eggs even over long and rough country transits. While I do wish they were blank, I don't mind the writing on them. For the money, these are by far our favorites to use.

These cartons are great for our hens eggs. We sell eggs to some of our friends and neighbors and these cartons work very nice!

These cartons are a good price and hold up pretty well as storage for our eggs. I haven’t had any rip or not keep our eggs perfectly so I’m happy with them and will order again once I need more.

I shopped around multiple places for cheap cartons for my yard eggs. On a per-carton basis, this was by far the cheapest option I could find. They are standard recycled paper cartons - sturdy as long as you don't soak them with water. They can handle a little wetness. For example, I wash my eggs with dish soap and water in the kitchen sink, then plop them directly into these cartons without drying the eggs, and I have never had a problem with the paper getting excessively wet or weak. I was surprised by how heavy the full box was when you put 250 of these very lightweight items in a stack. They come in 2 side-by-side stacks, unfolded. I have left them like that and pull the cartons off the top of the stack one by one as I need them. These cartons are a great value.
