It works but the boiling times are all wrong

Came with a US plug, so was unable to be used. I had sent as a gift…how embarrassing! Now we have to go thru whole rigamaroll to figure out that one!

Neither the plug or voltage are UK compatible. Not stated in the description. Unusable.

This product is 120v only! Cannot use in UK unless you purchase another step down 240v to 120v converter at least 360w.

Does not have "Auto Shutoff" feature. Just beeps like the rest of them. I was hoping it would turn itself off once eggs were cooked. NOPE just beeps and keeps cooking.

Unfortunately, this product was a huge disappointment. The taste was burnt and undercooked, and I tried it multiple times with the same bad result. It’s nothing like the description. Very poor quality. I definitely do not recommend it.

Whether I want soft-, medium-, or hard-boiled eggs, the results are consistently reliable. The included measuring cup makes the process nearly foolproof, so little effort is required and eggs come out tender and evenly cooked.Another thing I appreciate is the speed. It cooks eggs faster than traditional boiling methods and automatically shuts off when finished, so I don't have to keep checking on them. Cleanup is also quick since the removable trays are easy to wash. I use a "magic eraser" to clean the mineral deposits left on the heating surface from our hard water.Overall, I give the **Dash Rapid Egg Cooker 4.8 out of 5 stars**. It's affordable, convenient, easy to clean, and consistently delivers great boiled and poached eggs. I highly recommend it!
