My husband has arthritis and it was painful for him to write with a normal pen. I have Essential Tremors and this was recommended to me by a nurse. These pens come in 1 blue and 1 black with 6 ink refills for both colors. The pens are wide with rubber grip on the bottom so the pen does not slip out of your hand. They come with a nice long neck cord so you don't lose it. (I like that feature as I am always losing my pen.) They were a little over $8.00 so I thought that was decent for 2 pens and 12 ink refills. They work well and my signature is better than before. I would by again and I recommend these to someone with tremors or no tremors. Very comfortable.

I bought these for two people that have problems holding a regular pen due to arthritis. They are made very well and are fat enough for them to be able to hold. Would buy again.
