Comfy & Cute, MUST HAVES!!
On my feet for 12 plus hours each shift these are so comfortable, cute, slip resistant on all flooring type dry/wet, can run in them & they stay on my feet like regular tennis shoes do. Awesome quality, easy to clean both inside & out. Cloth material & padding inside gives a little arch support. The part of the shoe thats behind your heal that usually rubs & causes sores, these do NOT do that at all. Love these & I've bought several other different prints.

Comfort & support
LOVE these shoes! I am a hospital worker & buy these specific shoes over & over again as needed. Better than the WAY more expensive, “hospital brand” shoes that look the same. These are not too tight across the top bridge of my foot & offer support throughout my 12hr shifts. Love Spring Step!

You do need a break in period
I am on my third pair of these brand shoes. They have a removable insole which is what I need for my arch supports. They are true to size but are very stiff until you really break them in. I recommend wearing them with really thick socks for a couple hours around the house to try and loosen up the material. The outer part of the shoes always hold up really well. I usually wear out the inner lining of the back of the shoes before replacing them. Not quite as durable as a Dansko but they have the removable insole.

Busy nightshift nurse
Very cute shoes! They took a few shifts to break in, but now they are very comfortable and I do not have any problems wearing them for my 12 hour shifts. I have wide feet and bought a half size up from my normal and these shoes are comfortable for me. I love the sugar skull print, I get a lot of compliments on these shoes. From a busy nightshift nurse, I would recommend these shoes to anyone looking for comfort and cute print. I would buy again.

This lot came from the factory made differently.
I have 2 pairs of Spring Step Ferraras, one pair in blue with sugar skulls, and another in pink with skulls. The blue pair, size 7, were a bit snug but still wearable. When I ordered the pink pair, the 7.5 were perfect. So comfortable and I could go all day. I really loved the black ones so I ordered a pair in 7.5. Not only were they very big, but the side of the shoes are cut so high that they rub against the side of your foot near the ankle bone. Size 7's were also too big and cut high on the side. Apparently they were fouled up in the factory, but it would be nice if Spring Step would stop selling them and correct these issues.

Not what I thought
I've been a Dansko/Sanita fan for years. I read review and thought I would give them a try. NOT worth $80! The only reason I gave them three stars is they fit as expected and are cute, by my feet were killing me after 8 hours. So, if you aren't up on your feet all day and want a cute shoe, these are for you. If you have to be up on your feet all day, I would not recommend.

Non slip and comfortable
I absolutely love these shoes for work as a nurse. I work in surgery and sometimes our floors are slippery and in the past in my old shoes I've gone down flat on my back. Embarrassment aside, that is dangerous and somewhat gross. These Spring Step shoes have a great non-slip grip on the bottom that never slip. This is my second pair.I wear somewhere between 7.5 to 8.5 and in these I wear an 8.5 because I have shoe inserts.

BEST WORK SHOE EVER!!!!!!!!
This is my third pair. I am a nurse of 30 years. Constant feet problems. Have very high insole and plantar fascitis. I am replacing them approximately every 6 months but fit better, more comfortable, last longer, wear better than the shoes I used to spend $200-300 on. Will continue to purchase regularly. My new favorite work shoe (of 2 years now). Also, so many patterns to choose from.
