This is a great tablet stand. We attached it in front of our kitchen sink so we could watch "tv" while we cook and clean up. We are super impressed with the quality. It holds the tablet (samsung galaxy tab a) great. It's very sturdy, I never worry about the tablet falling--which would be very bad because it's right over our sink. I particularly love the flexibility of it. You can asjust it so many different ways to make it exactly how you want it. It's really nice quality materials as well, doesn't feel cheap at all. We've been using it for several months and are very happy with it. One of the best Amazon purchases we made all year. It's worth every penny.

After researching mounts online I took a shot with this one and I am glad that I did. The construction quality is top notch. Only complaint I have is about the expanding spring mechanism, but it is more so of a gripe rather than a complaint. After four months of use it has held up wonderfully, but in comparison to the rest of the mount it seems more cheaply build. Despite that, this mount has worked wonderfully without a hitch. I installed it in my 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, and off-road through bumps and undulations it keeps my iPad secure. There is a set screw on the back of the piece that slides into the expanding bracket portion; make sure to tighten this down securely or else it will wiggle. I spent about two months not knowin about it until I decided to tear it apart and see what the deal is. After tightening, this mount is absolutely rock solid and I am extremely happy with the purchase.

It’s actually made of metal not plastic! I was worried it would be plastic and flimsy, but it’s actually really nice and sturdy! Even on the bumpy roads it holds my 10” iPad up with no problems! It’s not the most expensive truck mount and it’s definitely not the cheapest. But it definitely exceeded my expectations, and I’ve went through a few different mounts that seemed to be pretty good at first but ended up being junk! I don’t see this one doing that but if it does I’ll update my review and let you know….

Let's start off by saying this mount does NOT have an easy life. I have it screwed into the dash of my delivery step-van and my route is mostly rural. Potholes are basically as common as rocks where I work, so I needed something sturdy to hold up over time. The arm is made of metal, and feels very strong. I like the fact that the pivot ball is textured for extra grip and it seems to hold it's position pretty tightly. No complaints here. My biggest issue is the spring tensioned mount. This thing seriously needs a way to lock the spring in place, because not only does it allow my tablet to shake off overtime, but once the tablet hops off the mount the spring kicks back to its default position and literally turns my tablet into a projectile towards the floor. On day one it fell off and it dinged up my tablet, then on day 2 it completely shattered the screen, and I had JUST gotten that tablet. I had to switch to my phone for a bit and it started launching that too, so I finally gave up and zip-tied it down. Very sturdy arm but really needs a more study mount.

I actually used this for a home security system set up with a HEAVY 15.6 Android. It only slipped at first ball joint as my Android was too heavy. But the easy fix was to put a set screw in place to prevent slipping. I had to drill a hole through half of the ball joint. Picture included. All the other joints were sturdy. Great metal material. Wall mounted on ONE stud, so it fit perfectly!

I bought this mount to remedy the poor mounting location by the upfitters that did our vehicles. I had never heard of this brand before, but noticed it was similar to the "Ram" Brand mounts. I took a chance and have to say this is an excellent mount. It was exactly what I needed for the job. It is made of metal and very sturdy. The actual tablet holder is plastic, but also solidly built. The arms and mounting plates are metal. (Comes with hardware to mount to wood surface or sheetrock if needed) Since my purchase, my coworkers have also purchased this mount to fix their vehicles as well. If security is a concern for you, this mount doesn't have a way to lock in your tablet, but if you just need a solid mount to hold it, this is a good one. If I need another mount like this, I will buy from this company again. *Pictures taken during install without wires routed.

Excellent mount! Very sturdy, very stable. I wanted to mount a tablet in my car to use as an atlas for long road trips. Full of map JPGs, NOT as a GPS, so I wanted it close to hand but off to the side. I tried several mounting solutions, all of which had too much jounce and vibration, or simply weren't stable and loosened up over time. One of my biggest requirements was that I didn't want to be drilling holes in my car's dashboard. I wound up bolting this mount into a homemade organizer box that I keep in the passenger seat. EXCEPTIONAL!! Very stable. No vibration at all, and the arm has so many choices for angles and positions that I was able to get it positioned perfectly. I took it for a New England winter road torture test over potholes, frost heaves, packed snow and ice, and it didn't budge.

Product is fine, however it isn't compatible with RAM 1" mount balls, it's 20mm system not 25mm. Support still hasn't replied to my question in nearly a month.
