I like the bigger screen and format. It seems to have plenty of processing power. The computer was a good value in cost during the sale.

Appears good construction. No issues setting up and initial use. Really don’t like the flat keys and keyboard does not have good home key tactile reference.

This computer was defective. The startup was difficult as the computer kept cycling through the same startup information. "The blue screen of Death" kept popping up and finally got stuck on the welcome screen. It would have been a nice computer for the money had it worked properly.

Excellent mid level computer, priced right.

Definitely better than the HPs I've been getting. It's not as flimsy. I like the way the keyboard feels as well. It was easy to set up, the battery life is really good, and functionality is what I need. I just wish it came in different colors.

I just had a little difficulty getting it running. It was different from the one I have-the same except 5 years old

I ordered what looked like a great deal, 75% off. But laptops have come down due to reasons. So it's really about in the ballpark now for a computer with these specs. But the computer is working great so far. Just got it today.

Good value for the cost.

Muy buen producto a un precio bastante accesible. es tal cual lo que esperaba, rápida, silenciosa, muy buen sonido, además como sorpresa se que la laptop cuenta con 1Tb de disco duro convencional además de los 128Gb SSD, algo que al parecer no dice en las especificaciones. Muy recomendable!

Me encanta su velocidad, y capacidad. Tardé en encontrar una lap cómo esta, bien en precio y caracteristicas. La uso para utilizar ArcGis y no me ha causado ni un problema.

Con ella puedo correr maquinas virtuales, software de programación y entornos de Servidores de Aplicación sin problema. Como mejora adicional para poder aprovechar más su potencial, le he cambiado el disco SSD por uno de 512GB (Máximo soportado) y ampliado la memoria de 12GB a 32GB (que es su máximo soportado). La ranura del SSD sirve para colocar una memoria Intel Optane, pero ya queda en decisión de cada quien si lo usa como memoria o como almacenamiento. Ya no he visto este modelo con capacidades similares nuevamente a la venta, los modelos nuevos no traen más de 8GB de RAM... pero si puedo decirles que la marca DELL desde hace 15 años que la utilizo, nunca me ha dado problemas.

Es una laptop sumamente rápida, la utilizo con lightroom, photoshop, Spotify, Google Earth y programas de GIS al mismo tiempo y no muestra señales de lag ni nada por el estilo. Estéticamente se ve bien, con buenos acabados y el embalaje es muy seguro. Llegó sin ningún daño.
