Great mirror in quality and compactnetss. My only complaint is that if you're standing at your counter it does not tilt enough. I have to crouch down to use the mirror.

I am very happy with the purchase even though I’ve only had it for a few days so cannot review the sturdiness of the mirror. I first saw the product at a resort hotel and was impressed by the clarity of my image, no distortion as in most magnification mirrors. That was my concern in ordering it as I feared there would be distortion but the image is clear as a bell!The base is not as substantial as the one at the hotel but appears sturdy enough for home use.This mirror makes it much easier to put on eye makeup without my glasses, which can be an issue When one wears glasses to see close-up! Very pleased!

I love everything about this mirror. Perfect magnification for everyday use (5X) and it can be tilted and used in landscape or portrait. It's beautiful with no rim and has a nice shiny chrome finish. I stayed at Sheraton recently and was how I stumbled across this mirror. They had the arm model attached in the bathroom and I knew I had to get one. I didn't like the arm model for home use and found this wonderful pedestal model. I absolutely love it!!

Only concern is related to major caution warnings about not getting any water on the mirror. I understand it may not be glad and hence the warning. Time will tell how durable the finish is on the clear outer surface of the reflector. Otherwise beautiful design and can be rotated 360 degrees for portrait and landscape usage. Highly recommended.

This is a great mirror. I only gave it 4 stars because I stand when applying my makeup, so I wish the stand was a little taller. I wouldn't have to bend to over to see. However if you are sitting this would be the perfect mirror for you.
