I ordered 2 of these phones. I received 1 box stating on the outside of the box 1 of 2 boxes. I never received the 2nd box and could not get the seller to refund for the missing items and Amazon would not help. After trying to use the one I did receive, after plugging it in I thought it was going to work because there was a dial tone. However, every time you start to dial a number it goes dead. I know things happen when purchasing items through the mail, but they have not been helpful at all.
