Have only had for an hour and it might be the best vacuum I’ve ever owned. We just had the house cleaned 2 weeks ago and the dust, dirt and flat out ick that came out of my carpets blew my mind.Hard word floors work well also but on the pull back the squeaking noise can be quite irritating. But knowing it assists with keeping suction power high I was able to drowned it out.The air freshener cartridge is such a great idea. Not my favorite smell but still a million times better than hot motor air.The cleaning of collection bin is genius and finally don’t have to reach in the pull trapped air and clogged bits out of the container.Bravo GTech you’ve just found a new customer.

I love this vacuum. I didn’t think I would at first. It’s very plain with no options to adjust height or suction strength. I’ve had it for 2 months and I love it. It vacuums rug and floor automatically with no buttons to change. It has a handle on the front to pick up for stairs and it’s lightweight. Stays charged for a long time. The only issue I have is it doesn’t fit under furniture or kitchen cabinets, so I need to sweep to bring the dirt out. This was not a deal breaker for me so I didn’t knock down any stars.I would buy again and suggest for others.

MUST BREAK IN YOUR VACUUM FOR THE FIRST WEEK BEFORE JT WILL WORK AT NEAR ITS AMAZING POTENTIAL OR EVEN half capacity. Don’t doubt and return it prematurely Make sure you use it on your hardwood, then your carpet, let it get several jobs going. And the carpet work really breaks it in making the filter flexible which is where I think the suction becomes more efficient than you could even imagine. It went from a dinky regrettable device into a powerful partner in cleaning in just a few days. I am so glad I didn’t return it. And you will be too. Because I’ve never known devices to need breaking in. There is no better vacuum on the market for homes with carpet be it installed or throw rugs, this vacuum is a mighty contender in the call to cleaning. I was speechless how exponential the improvement of function, power, suction, intake quantity and cleanliness quality had increased to such a degree when I was near certain I was going to return it. I’m so so so so glad I did NOT return it. I would have made a terrific mistake. And I would have never ffound any proper rival to this bad boy. Pick up speed is awesome. Storage capacity is considerable and much greater than appears. Ease of use gets initial 3/5 then 4/5 because I get frustrated that it doesn’t pick up large items like XL fruit loops for instance, or napkins and things. It doesn’t fit into the mouth no matter how you try. Once I got over that I realized it picks up every little thing in exchange for neglecting big items. Your hardwood, laminate, tile, masonry and carpet will have all the particles and dust dirt debris lifted even the hard to get pieces. Durability is 5/5. The fact it’s cordless and the suction power is so strong that it can suck up a towel into it into a jam that would burn most motors out within 1 second of the jam. This thing probably has 10-15 seconds of jam power to allow you to pull a stuck item loose before burn out. The time of use is phenomenal, great great power. I can do all my jobs without worrying the vacuum is going to run out of power. It stays doing its job at capacity even with a full cylinder of disposable waste, hoovering the carpet into like new condition, taking your breath away. So good it convinces you you can keep that carpet in the one room of your house you were just about to swap for hardwood thanks to this vacuum that surprised you on every front, and cleaned your carpet in under 5 minutes better than ever before even professional cleaning paled in comparison. This vacuum will leave you very impressed and glad that you bought it.

I started a return for this Item. Not because of any faults or problems in the design of the machine, but because Amazon does not have carriers that care about shipping products in a timely manner...namely the USPS and Fed-Ex. On more than one occasion my packages were on track to arrive on time, only 38 miles from the final destination only to be rerouted across the nation or to be returned to the originator for another delivery attempt 4-5 days later.This seems to be deliberate on the part of the carriers to intentionally delay the AMAZON PRODUCTS, THEY CANT BE THAT CARELESS OR STUPID....This again was delayed and not delivered on time and the same thing happened again...so I just had enough. So, I had to purchase another vacuum, a Dyson to replace my faulty Shark that had died after two years that had replaced another Shark that died after a year or so, vacuums have not lasted well in my home.Dyson delivered this in 3 days.I decided to try the G-tech Ar-50 since it would not be fair if I returned it without giving it a shot. I was very impressed with the design and the simplicity. I was able to clean my 2000 ft/2 home with only one charge and it cleaned very well, something my electric Shark cant do. I was only able to use the Shark as a broom for small messes on tile or hardwood. The G-tech AR-50 was like a real vacuum that had power enough for my dog hair and carpets on one battery charge, easy to operate and easy to clean and very easy to use. So , instead of returning this I am going to give my Shark away to Good will and keep this to replace my battery operated Shark that was nothing but a noisy broom with no power to do anything of value for my carpeting!This G-tech is very powerful and like the Dyson it can get my carpets clean and with very little effort. I was impressed enough to keep the G-tech and the new Dyson because unlike the sharks these work!
