Very few hulls but there wasn't much flavor and the popcorn was really small. I'll finish what I purchased but will not buy again. Looking for something bigger with more flavor!

Great pop corn. Really tender!

Used this in my air popper. Everything turned out great. See my recipe in picture. It has all of the tbsp, measurements, cups, wattage, time, steps, unpopped popcorn, oil, etc.

I had no idea there were so many varieties of popcorn! The purple is by far my favorite but I also have the red and the yellow (mushroom). The mushroom pops fuller (like re-popped kernels (iykyk)) so if you like puffy popcorn, that’s the one to get. They are all definitely more flavorful (and smell stronger). The site says less hulls and I find this to be true. I originally decided to try this site because I’m trying to cut down on my footprint by not getting the plastic container of popcorn kernels. This isn’t all that much better but at least I can put the plastic bag in Target’s bin specifically for recycling plastic bags so hopefully it actually gets recycled. Wishful thinking? In any case, as a popcorn-aholic, I’m very happy I discovered this site.

My husband loves cooking this in the microwave using his collapsible microwave popcorn popping bowl (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08PDPC2X6). There are incredibly few old maids and it tastes as if we had made it stovetop. Been making/ cooking yellow kernel popcorn over fifty years - this is the first time I switched to something different, Amish Red Popcorn Kernels - I was amazed and exited the red kernels popped within seconds - of course after sufficient preheating of 2 liter thick bottom steel pan, slight sizzling olive oil and seasoning - I removed the pan adding the Amish red corn - I swirled the contents a bit - then - quickly returning the pan to the heat source - within a minute the corn popped filling the pan in mere seconds ! With the exception of two unpopped kernels - it was amazing - never have I ever experienced yellow corn popping that fast - the Amish corn even had a tastier and smoother texture - yum! The Amish red corn was so delicious - I just had to enjoy second batch !

I was looking for a more tender brand after several years of purchasing a brand of white popcorn which sometimes popped up a little rubbery. The Amish red pops up light and crispy with very few hulls. Almost all the kernels pop and I love the flavor. I always make extra because if you store the leftovers in a zip bag or airtight container it makes a great snack the next day. Next time I will order the larger bag of the Amish red because I find myself craving it almost every night.

Love their popcorn! The red and midnight blue are my favorites. They feature the small kernels that I like and do not have the occasional mold taste that I have found in other brands. I would give them 5 stars if they were organic but am very appreciative that they are at least non gmo.

This product produces very very small kernels of useless popcorn, nothing gourmet here. Wish I could have returned it. Waste of maney

This is such a good popcorn. Great nutty flavor and very few unpopped kernels. Great product!
