What is the expiry date ?

the one I got in 2019 November, it expires in 2023, if this the the latest one then it should be 2024.

Will this product suit oily skin? I am planning to buy it as a face moisturizer and i have oily skin.

It doesn't appear oily, on application. It's more of an invisible coating on the skin, which is highly viscous when you wash your face.
