These silicon ear plugs are an absolute NECESSITY for me. I am an EXTREMELY light sleeper - I hear EVERY noise in our house at night: each creak, the cycling of the air conditioner or furnace, our pups' little nails clicking on the hall tile, our kitty batting a toy around, water dripping, hoot owls outside..... my husband's breathing ..... hahaha, get my drift?? I use these almost every night - they block out EVERYTHING and give me the ability not only to get to sleep far more quickly than usual, but to stay asleep. I've tried other ear plugs but often the sizing isn't right or, due to the material, they just aren't comfortable. These mold perfectly to your ear as the silicon is very soft and malleable - you almost forget you have them in! Quick TIP: my ears are small and I've found for sleeping I only use one silicon plug per night: I pull it apart and use half in each ear - for me, 1/2 is perfect in restricting noise yet still bulky enough to block the ear canal and to be removed easily in the morning. Amazon often carries the Giant-Sized packs or Multi packs - watch for them.... Sweet dreams!

Truly life changing in a historic studio apartment. Muffled neighbor TVs, thin walls, 4 am sounds... enough. None of that comes through. If you're a side sleeper (like me), get this ASAP. I've tried loops, Airpod Pro 2, Alpine, traditional ear plugs from Mack's. You must follow the instructions and tutorials to rest the earplug outside the ear canal. I like to roll it into a ball, stretch it with 2 hands (index and thumb) and mold it around flat for a seal. I like it sealed enough where some pressure can escape with my head against the pillow and the earplug could be lifted out gently.I am a male 5'9, 34, medium-large ears to consider.

These earplugs are very soft and malleable. Very comfortable to wear. I use them when I am on an airplane using headphones to watch a movie or listen to music. Typically the headphones on the airplane don't seal well enough so that I can hear well.

I’ve heard these are about the best performing earplugs available and it’s great that you can shape them to your ears. But for me, they hurt pretty quickly. They blocked a lot of sound but I was bothered by the sound of my own heartbeat banging in my ears.

These are the best kept secret I have ever stumbled upon. I didn’t realize what a light sleeper I was until I started using these. I actually purchased them for my husband who is a shift worker and I decided to try them. I no longer wake up from snoring Ring or birds chirping outside or anything. I can’t believe how much better I can sleep now with these. other earplugs, I have tried actually make the insides of my ear sore. But these sit on the outside and mulled right to your ear. I wonder how I will ever sleep without them.

Ear plugs or cover works in shower for my purposes. I don’t think they would work in a swimming action.

My absolute most favorite earplugs. I’ve been wearing these for years so that I can sleep with a very loud snoring Husband. No other earplug box sound like this one.
