what is the magnet strength?

They seem quite strong, but disconnect by sliding sideways. So can't put a scale on them to accurately measure. Have not had them inadvertently disconnect in the time that I have had them.

Can you disconnect the magnets with one hand or does it require two hands?

They slide sideways apart. I use two hands.

Works great for me

Perfect for me, I do like the twist to release as it’s easy to use with gloved hands for my motorcycle key. Magnet is convenient, and also great that the two halves interlock with each other physically so it won’t come apart with just pulling apart. Very happy, will have to get more!
