La Preferida Diced Green Chillis

Definitely would buy again! Perfect for enchiladas! 😋

I used tinned chillies back home in the USA, all the time, and have had no luck buying them here. So I bought 8 tins, these are perfect, I prefer La Preferida over Old El Paso brand. Go on, buy them, you know you want to. Chicken enchiladas are the perfect dish to make with these, along with white chilli.

Excellent!! Made enchiladas and they added to the flavour making them quite authentic!!

I love green chilis- always have - excellent in any Mexican dish, with eggs, chicken or straight out of the can - also makes excellent salsa with a can of diced tomatoes

I alway scoured the stores for these and so it was nice to get some on line. I must really want them because it was an expensive hankering.

My cravings for New Mexico Green Chillies are almost placated by these.So expensive yet have to have it.I miss green chillies so very much, and these are as close as anyone is going to get in the UK.I’m growing fresh this year since a friend back in Albuquerque New Mexico sent me some.Just the smell of roasting them is enough to bring back fond food memories.But in a pinch, for Tacos, Taquitos, Enchiladas, Burritos, Quesadillas or even pizza these are just terrific.Everyone thinks chillies have to be spicy, these have flavour with a mild warming sensation.Fellow beings have bought me jalapenos thinking they are the same. After they taste these it all changes, and they better understand me.The flavour is what I want, these have it..... the spicy and palette-warming are just bonuses.Spend the money, enjoy the recipes and that great flavour right here in the UK.Most folks don't understand that in Europe the chillies we get are from India or China and have totally different spice levels.The North/South American chillies stand on their own.Enjoy

Perfect ingredient for my Mexican supper. I would like to find whole green chilies in a can so I can make one of my favorite casseroles from back home in Arizona. Thank you.
