Clover Chemicals 301 Ubik 2000 Universal Cleaner Concentrate, 5 L, Pack of 2

Excellent product. Tried various things to clean several years of grime and tree sap from conservatory roof with zero success. The ubik 2000 worked immediately with very little work. Used a mix of 1 part ubik to 10 parts water.

Outstanding on my conservatory roof! I wet the roof with a low power garden hose. Then used Ryobi cordless pressure washer. Filled 750ml foam cannon bottle with neat Ubik 2000, connected the hose, and it delivered the perfect dilution. There was still plenty of concentrate left to pour back, after spraying roof. Then use soft car wash brush, gently agitate, and the pictures say it all! One tip: don't spray ubik2000 over everything in one go as it will dry; do it in sections, then brush, then rinsse.

Very effective cleaning product I had green and moldy drain pipes and soffits, it cleaned up nicely.

This is absolutely brilliant . Since I’ve discovered it I’ve stopped buying any cleaning products form the supermarkets . Nothing beats this same with the limescale removal from ubik

Hands down the best cleaner I have ever used. Highly recommend.

I was told about this chemical by a professional cleaner, who is in charge of going into houses & property’s to clear out and deep clean places that have been left by bad tenants, this stuff is amazing & you won’t believe how well it cleans and degreases everything
