Meeting the expectations

The books are very good and have brilliant plots. The difficulty level is not too high so 7-8 Yr old can read but its more enjoyable for 10-13 yrs. The books are a tad bit overpriced though.

This was our first dragon-story series and my 8-yr old loved these. We had to ration the books to allow them to last at least a week of summer :-) In his words, Rick Riordian was more theatrical, this is more action-oriented. He loved them both. We're on the lookout for the next series, suggestions welcome in comments!

Best book ever. A MUST BUY for kids who love to read fantasy. Now I realize why this book is THE NEW YORK TIMES BEST SELLING. Very nice.

Après avoir reçu la commande je n'ai pu que constater que la boîte des livre étai TRÈS endommagé et que les livre avait des collants qui ont visiblement été enlevé et un étai abîmé. Image 1-2 (2ieme tentatives et la boîte est complètement brisé et sa ose dire que c'est NEUF). Image 3-4

Decent quality but the pages are very thin and flimsy and most of all; the books are NOT hardcover like advertised and are paperback. I think it's decent value for the money but I wouldn't have bought this set if it wasn't falsely advertised as being Hardcover when they're not

Poor quality from supplier. Overprint on thin paper and some paper edges torn

My 9 year old son absolutely loves these books. He reads them over and over. Great price for the set as well
