With my job I work odd hours for swing and grave shifts and have a problem sleeping sometimes. I am very much into working out and always trying to be a bit more healthy knowing how important sleep is. A spray with Melatonin is a great and convenient product especially for people who do not like pills or tablets. Recommended dosage is six (6) sprays which seemed a lot to me so I used half of that, three (3) sprays which knocked me out nicely. The sprays are big and cover the entirety of the mouth with ease to swallow. The taste of mint is actually nice without any bad after taste. The taste goes away pretty quick and does not have any bad side effects such as weird feelings or gunk. If you're into working out, staying healthy give this product a chance. Melatonin is very important for our bodies especially if you have weird work/sleep hours. EDIT: After using this product for around a month, I have noticed my sleep has improved drastically. I can only use one spray for a solid 8-10 hours. The one time I used three sprays I was out cold for at least twelve hours so beware when the dosage says 6 sprays.

I have to admit, this stuff works. Much better than any tablets. I use it almost every night and it works FAST. Grab a couple so you don't run out. Never going back to pills.

Awesome - puts me right to sleep

Product is effective in the sense that it made me sleepy and helped me sleep longer. Feels like it guides me to sleep. I’ve Been having a bit of insomnia/stress keeping me up or waking up a lot lately so I gave this a shot. First night I tried 6 sprays and slept much more than I have the past 3 weeks(probably a total of 7 hours). But woke up with a pretty big headache. Figured maybe I took too much. Next night tried 3 sprays and slept a decent amount and still a headache, not as bad but not sure if it’s worth it. There’s a lot of variables in sleep issues and I’d review those areas when taking sleep aids. This product would be perfect if I didn’t get the headaches.

I have a hard time getting to sleep and staying asleep. Medication seems to make me too drowsy during the day. I use 2-3 sprays and I go gently to sleep. I wake up refreshed and ready to go. I’ve been buying this product for a couple of months.
