Yes it's quite firm, and its slightly moulded already. I'm a heavy weight and it's good for me.

I have had the cushion about 6 months and use it most days and I’m not light by any means but it still feels and looks good and is still as good support as when purchased

Q: Does it help after berore hip replacement?? And after hip Operation

I have had spinal operation and can only say it makes all the difference to my comfort when sitting. Very supportive cushion. I bought 2 one for upstairs and one downstairs.
