Does just as described.
My grandson loves it. He is in a rugby team and uses one for practice there but this enables him to continue with his dad in the garden. He is 15 and 6feet 3inches and this is just the right size.

Tackling pad
I should have got the largest size. Seems very small for medium. If you kids are around u/12 don’t bother with medium, and go for the large. Otherwise it’s a decent pad

Too small for what we needed!
Very small! I should have checked the size! I'm now stuck with this in my house taking up an annoying amount of space! My boys are very tall so maybe better with smaller kids! Wish I had bought the bigger one!
