Gorgeous, Well Built Mouse Pad!
So I want to answer a few questions I had myself before buying this product. I really like it! Sorry for the long read, but hopefully it will help out others looking to buy this mouse pad.-It looks quite well built but maybe just a bit fragile. What I mean by this it that it should hold up just fine, as long as you aren't being super rough. The illuminated line around the edge is held in by a fishing line type filament. Even though it is held on by filament, I expect it to be quite sturdy! Visually, the filament is noticeable, but its not an eye sore, it looks very similar to the black threading around other mouse pads used for the edge piping that I was looking at in comparison to this one. My mouse slides across the filament like its not even there. It does not catch or drag over it awkwardly.-The lip around the edge from the illuminated plastic is not raised from the actual pad, or noticeable or bothersome to a rested arm and I see zero imperfections in construction. Its basically neoprene fabric, and the rubberized backing keeps it from sliding around. Its quite large and very smooth. My old beat up Logitech Anywhere MX glides over it like its a brand new mouse and it seems to read a bit better on the cloth than my bare desk!-The pad looks to only have two LEDs on either side of the controller, but they do an amazing job of color coverage and transition throughout the filament on a multi-color setting. There does not appear to be any dull spots in the line. The pulse function is another rainbow option, but it is one single color that fades in and out to the next, there is no single, static color pulse, it will always cycle through the spectrum. The two rainbow modes are fast and slow color cycles where the pad will be two to three different colors at the same time. It looks really nice! The fast change is a bit sharp, while the slow one transitions very smoothly through colors.-One downside I have seen in the construction is if you were to scratch or kink the line, it would likely leave a mark that would be illuminated permanently. That being said, the line is a soft-ish plastic and will indent by a fingernail, but not leave a permanent mark. Roll it up over folding it!-The power source sits out of the way and the cord provided is quite long (USB to Micro USB aprox 5-6') which makes it easy to route around and hide.I really like this mouse pad. I think it is really cool and looks to be built quite well. I think it should hold up very nicely as long as you aren't going wild on it or have something sharp around the edges. I expect to have this for a very long time. I'll likely be buying another for my wife and one for my friend as a Christmas gift!

One of the best quality mouse pads I've EVER used. But it came in somewhat dirty..
I would just like to say that for $20, this thing is a magical beast. It has 100% GOT to have beaten multiple 30-40 dollar mouse pads, while having better design, and quality. I don't think I could've asked for something better. It just works!First off, the RGB. It has just the amount so that it doesn't look like it's own RGB strip, but also gives a minimal glow on my white table. It feels so sci-fi when on my desk, and I feel like my setup is so much more complete. It matches all my other accessories so well, like the colors were meant to be together. It's also so easy to switch between all of them! Just a click of a button. The wire is a whole 6 feet long, so despite a mouse pad needing a cable, it barely gets in the way, and makes my setup still look fresh. The material which covers the wire however, does feel a little weak, but I don't see it much as a problem, since the wire isn't going to be doing anything interesting.A problem that a lot of these RGB mouse pads seem to have is that they are very wavy. They look wonky. I had a little doubt that it would be perfect, but I was surprised to see that it was flatter than my ex.VERY controllable. Like this thing is at a perfect point. It's smooth enough so that I can glide my mouse around a bit, but not so much that it make my mouse feel weightless. I feel in control, and that's a main factor in mouse pads. Now as much as I can go on rambling about this mouse pad, I did have one small problem, and that was it came it a little dirty. There were bits of dust scattered around the mouse pad. Not so much that the mouse pad wasn't black, but enough so that it was visible even without sunlight. Wiping it with your hand should do the trick for most of it, but there will be other specs left. Though I'm almost certain this may just be a thing with my package, and I am NOT discouraging to buy this.If you want to add a bit of RGB to your setup just to chime it up a bit, and still get the same experience as you would with your mouse pad, this is it. But if you want something very smooth, and extremely easy to just glide your mouse around, maybe you should just keep it this mouse pad mind. This mouse pad is definitely on the control side, rather than the gliding side.Thank you so much, LUXCOMS, for your hard work.
