Just love it! I hate chocolate sauces that are so sweetened that it overpowers the flavour of chocolate. The taste and aroma of Monin dark chocolate sauce is exactly as it should be...rich full bodied without being overly sweet. Monin seems to be one the few brands that produces dark chocolate sauce (my fav!) and I'm surprised even the Hershey one is difficult to find in India. What I like best about it sauce is that often when you want to add chocolate sauce to smoothie, chilled milk etc. you have to either wait for it to come down to room temp or stir it forever to dissolve it. But nope...no such problem here. Although price is a bit on the higher side, 500 ml lasts for a loooong time!(Didn't buy this from Amazon but from local store)

Not at all up to expectations.
It has a very processed, almost medicine-like taste. Not what was expected considering the high price. Hershey's Syrup is any day a better buy.
