🖋️ Upgrade your writing game with the Pilot CON-70 — because your ideas deserve uninterrupted flow.
The Pilot Fountain Pen Converter CON-70 is a high-capacity, clear-bodied piston converter designed for most Pilot fountain pens. It holds approximately 1.1ml of ink—about one and a half times more than standard converters—allowing longer writing sessions without refills. Its transparent design provides real-time ink level monitoring, while the smooth piston mechanism ensures consistent ink flow without leaks. Ideal for professionals who value both performance and style in their writing instruments.

It's plastic, It's pilot, Its a CON-70 pen converter!
It's plastic, It's pilot, Its a con-70 pen converter. There's nothing really to say about it as it works perfectly, holds a lot of ink, and doesn't interfere with ink flow. About a cartridge and a half in size and works in most pilot pens. Expensive for what your getting but if you use a lot of ink it will be worth it.

This is my favorite pilot converter and it's not as hard to clean as people say
This converter is the best converter pilot has on their pens. Mine did end up being a CON 70n which does have differences between the regular but are often sold in the same lot. The ink flow was perfect and it had no leaking. It looks nice in my kakuno and with its larger ink capacity than a con 40 it shows off more of it. The capacity also means that you have to clean it less often. This was a good value when combined with a kakuno. Being able to use whatever ink you want is a huge perk of these. Who is it for: people who want to best pilot converter and are willing to pay a little more, People who hate screwing piston converters, People who want larger ink capacity, people who like bottled ink Who isn't it for: people who really want to save a few dollars for a con 40, people willing to fill old cartridges with an ink syringe, people who like using cartridges anyway, Tip: submerge the tip in water and repeatedly press the button to eject ink into a cup or shot glass dedicated to ink pens. This will do 95% of your cleaning that people like to complain about. Just keep doing it until it is clean and rinse out the water to get it fully clean. Flicking the converter can make water droplets travel down since it will stick to the sides thanks to physics.

Better alternative to the CON-40
Way better than the CON-40 Far easier to fill, has a bigger ink capacity and fits into most pilot pens, there’s really no reason to choose to CON-40 over this converter unless it doesn’t fit your pen

good purchase!
This is so much easier to plug and play with the Kakuno fountain pen. Its easy to clean and to use to help clean the nib of the pen. It is easy to put ink in it with the nib of the fountain pen. It holds the right amount of ink well enough to be able to change ink in decent amount of weeks.

Not Compatible With All Pilot Fountain Pens
To start with, this is NOT compatible with all Pilot fountain pens. Most of the popular models WILL not work with this converter. It WILL work with the Pilot Kakuno though, if you need an affordable pen to use with this converter. Functionally it is MUCH better than the CON-20 or the CON-40. Filling it with ink is very easy and you can get a complete fill with a few careful presses of the button.

Great Ink Capacity and No Dry Starts. This Converter Just Works!
For me, the Pilot Custom 743 just may be the perfect pen. Substantially the same design and the same nib of the much-vaunted Custom 823, but with a converter instead of the vacuum fill. I don't want a converter so small that I have to fill it after practically every writing session. Still, to paraphrase a 16th Century Italian playwright, 'One should do with lovers exactly as one does with ink colours*: Have many, enjoy them one at a time, and change often.' The CON-70 strikes the perfect balance between ink capacity and change frequency. It fills just fine through the nib and the button, but I find it less messy and more efficient to fill from an ink syringe (easily found on Amazon; I use a 1" needle). Filling from a syringe can lead to dry starts with cheaper pens or different converters, but with the CON-70 and No. 15 nib of the Custom 743 the ink flows immediately and it always writes like a dream without issue. I've seen some people recommend a different converter for each ink colour to avoid transfer issues. I simply use a longer syringe (3-4" needle that can extend to the very back of the converter, pictured) and completely flush out the nib and converter with water between fills. That can leave small water droplets in the CON-70 that could (in theory) dilute the ink in your next fill; you can either blow it out with compressed air or I just leave it to dry overnight. If you want to refill right away, it will likely be just fine a bit wet, or just have a spare CON-70 in reserve (hence why you are here!) The Pilot Custom 743, paired with the CON-70, more than live up to the hype. Happy writing! *the original quote says 'clothes' here. But it holds true for fountain pens, so Guarini will forgive me.

Much better then the CON-40
Works great with my pilot Kakuno fountain pens. Better then the CON-40!

Calidad incuestionable.

Highly recommended for Pilot Parallel Pen
I have been looking for this replacement for my Pilot Parallel Pen(5mm). Pilot Fountain Pen Converter (CON-70) is a new design and work perfectly for my purpose. Highly recommended. This part convert a cartridge calligraphy pen to a tool that can use ink fluid of your own choice. Will's Quills

Ten konwerter NIE PASUJE do pióra Prera
Nigdzie w opisie nie znalazłam informacji, do których piór ten konwerter się nadaje. Do Prery jest za długi. Spędziłam mnóstwo czasu próbujac się tego dowiedzieć, ale ta informacja jest najwyraźniej tajna. A wystarczyłoby napisać to w opisie pióra...

Better than the CON-40
Far more superior than the CON-40. I hate the CON-40 so much, it’s very difficult to fill up properly and does not hold much ink. This one holds more ink, which saves me the pain from refilling. (Fits the Pilot Kakuno)
