Oxbow Natural Science Joint Supplement for Rabbits & Guinea Pigs, 4.2 oz

Our fur baby loves these biscuits. He dives after them. We give him one a day and it does seem to help his older bones. We have not had any side effects with stasis or changes in his urine so we will continue to buy them for him.

My rabbit is 16 years old and has a sore hip. I've noticed improvement since giving these to him and and he begs for them now. The score on the middle makes it easy to divide and they don't smell bad. The seal on bag is a bit temprimental on multiple bags it has come separated from the bag and we've dedicated a food storage container to them.

My rabbit is old and was having a hard time with her hind legs. The vet started her on Meloxidyl but I didn’t see a huge difference. Once I added these treats I see her happier and moving better. She loves the taste too.

My 10 year old bunny is now disabled, probably from arthritis. She can't stand on her back legs. Her vet put her on Meloxicam. I recently bought a more expensive joint support treat from another company. I feed her Oxbow hay and pellets and have been giving her Oxbow Digestive Support. I think it's a good company. I really like the ingredients in the joint support, especially that the glucosamine is plant-based. I can't say that the treat is helping her mobility. I doubt she will ever be able to walk again, but I'm sure the wonderful ingredients in the product are helping her. She grabs them from my hand, so I know she loves them. I'll continue to buy the product.

My bunny loves these! Idk how much it truly helps with senior bunny joints, I wish there was more detailed info about that, but he loves them.

After reading many reviews about how these treats improved arthritic rabbits, I ordered a package for my aging male rat with hind leg degeneration. While the flavor did not appeal to any of my rats at first, after several weeks of tempting them to eat them with various schemes to imbibe the treats with enticing flavors, my boys suddenly enjoyed them! I got very lucky. Not as enthusiastically as like a banana chip, but would eat them when given. I noticed a significant increase in activity, even as the hind leg degeneration got worse-- my boy was cheerful and determined as ever to scoot around the cage. I believe it did help his quality of life in his old age. I later used these treats with another male rat who had a tumor, was becoming thin and arthritic, having issues grooming, and uncharacteristically grumpy. As soon as he started eating these regularly, he perked up, was happier, was bathing himself again, and got back into his usual routines. It gave us 4 more months with him to spoil him and get boggles. Gave 1/4 of a tablet, a little trickier to break down but possible.

I have to say this is an amazingly awesome product. I had a box picked out to bury my Guinea pig because he was not moving. I had to syringe feed him critical care and and water. I did some research and it brought me to this product. I started giving him this and he did a 360 in about 5 days. He is back to walking fully, not dragging his legs. He is eating and drinking on his own now. Thanks to prayers and this product.

The quality of the treats themselves seems to be great, the amount in the bag is as to be expected. They smell like hay, which makes sense as they are hay based. I got this joint supplement treat by the recommendation of my veterinarian for a senior gerbil. Unfortunately, that gerbil is extremely picky, and straight up refuses to eat them (she doesn't like any of he oxbow hay treats I've tried with her either) unless I incorporate it into something she actually does like (typically some kind of fruit or veg, or treat she likes). The treats are relatively large, and the amount I was told to give is 1/4 of a treat per day. Ms. Kimi will not let me give her 1/4 a day so she gets whatever I can get her to take. I'm sure the health benefits of this product are good and recognizable, as the supplements used are trusted by NASC. If I could get her to actually eat them without lot of encouragement, I would likely be seeing that result more than I am currently. Additionally, the expiration date seems to be over a year out, which is nice.

My rabbit is a picky lady but she ate these which is rare and great. I dont know if they've been helping, just like with any vitamin situation really. But my biggest concern when buying was will she eat them and she did. Have repurchased so would recommend.

A mi conejita de 8 años y medio la han diagnosticado con artrosis en un hueso de su columna, hay veces que deja de comer por el dolor, así que pedí estos suplementos lleva 1 semana y la veo dormir de ladito y incluso pegar sus saltos que llevaba meses sin hacerlo, quizás le vuelva a dar algún brote pero seguro que alguna visita al veterinario nos ahorra y por cierto le vuelven loca las pastillitas 😀

Il prodotto è arrivato correttamente imballato e nei tempi previsti. Lo sto offrendo a una delle mie coniglie che è anziana e con problemi alle articolazioni e mi sembra di vedere qualche effetto positivo già dopo i primi 3-4 giorni. Lei lo apprezza e gradisce, quindi mi ritengo soddisfatta.
