Perfect as a tupperdore.Does what it says it does: water-tight, air-tight, holds a ton of cigars. I've got about 200 cigars spread out across three of these, each with Boveda packs to maintain humidity and each with a small digital hygrometer/thermometer combo. All three tupperdores have been spot-on with humidity for 3 months. IN NEW ENGLAND! ...can't beat that.Update Dec 27: I just noticed the price when I bought it was $20 and now it's more than twice that. Dropping two stars. At this price it is just silly. It's a plastic box. The next smaller version is $17, then $13, then $11. This should be $20.

This product paid for itself in no time for us. Berries are pricey, so I love to load up on cheaper bulk organic berries at Costco. These delicate fruits are normally prone to spoiling quickly in the fridge, but with the Lock & Lock their shelf life is incredible! We also love taking the Lock & Lock camping in our cooler to keep food from getting wet in the icy water.Example of how awesome this thing is at preserving delicate food: I recently bought bulk organic strawberries, blueberries AND raspberries at Costco. The blueberries and strawberries were even a little bruised when I bought them--these would've spoiled within 2-3 days had I just left them in their normal packages in the fridge. I put 'em all in the Lock & Lock and we ate them over the course of 9 days, with the berries remaining in great condition (we ate them all before they went bad).

I have a Zojirushi 2-lb bread maker, which I also purchased here on Amazon (my FAVORITE STORE). The Lock&Lock storage container holds a 2-lb pound (over-developed) loaf of bread just perfectly! BTW: IF YOU ARE LOOK FOR A GREAT BREAD MAKER, look no further than the Zojirushi. IT IS SIMPLY AWESOME. It makes everything perfect, without any fuss.It is very hard to find a 2-lb bread loaf storage container, but this does the trick perfectly!

These boxes are good quality but.... as mentioned in some of the other reviews there is a smell.. They are currently in my cabinet and when you open the cabinet it is fairly strong. Too early to say it infiltrates the food in my cabinet. The biggest problem I have is that IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CLOSE THESE THINGS!!! I literally had to get a hammer out to hit the tabs to lock them in place. I tried pressing and pressing and pressing by hand and nothing..in fact when I tried to hit with the side of my hand..now have a bruise. So YES these seem very air tight BUT I am not going to be able to go in and out of these because of the hassle of trying to get them back closed.

I purchased my others from another website years ago and found myself needing another one. I make my own muesli in large quantities and found this container just the perfect size. I like the fact that I can shake it and roll it around to mic up the cereal and not have to worry about the lid coming off. There's even enough room to keep a 1 cup measuring cup in it.

I have 6 of these and find so many pantry uses for them - I can fit 18 boxes of rice mixes, or 8 small boxes of pancake mix, or 24 pouches of instant potatoes - as you can see, they hold a lot! The lids seal firmly each time, they're translucent so you can see what's in them - they're helping to keep my pantry organized, clean and bug free.

Good product. Should be cheaper though. I am keeping it but seems like around $12-14 would have been more fair.

This is a great size for saving similar food products for storage on your shelves. It looks bigger in the photo. Check out the dimensions prior to ordering. Also this product was shipped directly from Korea, so it took longer than one week!

I have to have this on the work top , so I wish it looked a bit more decorative , rather than utilitarian.It keeps bread fresh for a reasonable time , depending on how often you eat it , but don't expect it to save the dreaded mildew creeping in , that's probably a lot to do with the baking .

Bought for storing 4 days prepared salad at a time. It's perfect. Seals like a dream. I measured the dimensions too to make sure this fits on my fridge shelf which it does, easily. Always trust this brand. I recommend.
