works great and has solid feel.

Works like a charm. Using it in line for filling a bladder tank up to 60 PSI. When the pump kicks off, nothing gets back to the source tank. Saves me a lot of valve opening and closing, not to mention losing all my water when the pump occasionally fails. I will probably buy another one for use in a ram pump on the compression chamber side.

Great Quality

Used this in a BasePump install. Only had 1/2" supply available so no pressure drop was crucial. Did an isolation test on this valve and showed pressure differential of less than 2% reduction in flow. So A+

Purchased this item to replace a bad check valve in an air compressor. It does not completely stop the reverse air flow. I now have to replumb air lines on my air compressor to accept a different check valve.The check valve is supposed to prevent air from the tank from re-pressuring the compressor after the unloader valve bleeds off the pressure in the compressor so it does not have to start under load. This valve does not completely shut-off the air flow back into the compressor. This results in a continuous leak of air when the compressor shuts down, causing the pressure to either bleed down if power is off or to continuously cycle when in the auto position.
