Not for new or unbelievers
I don't recommend this book. I have done many precepts studies by Kay Arthur and enjoyed them all. This was my first study of the 40 minute, no homework type and I was disappointed. One reviewer said it was good for beginners but I disagree and since you can only read chapter one before purchasing you have no idea how extremely heavy this book will get. This study assumed participant already had a deep understanding of the love of God and the nature of God. New believers and unbelievers would leave this study thinking God is unreasonable and unloving. The study took on an average of 1 hour longer than the 40 minutes it claimed, I felt like I had deceived the people I had invited by having it take so long. By the time I had read chapter three to prepare for the study I decided to ditch the book and just present the gospel for myself and end with a Biblical description of Heaven.

Much More In-Depth Than I Expected
This book was my first experience with a Precepts 40 minute study, I usually do their Precept Upon Precept studies, so I didn't expect this study to go very deep, but I was wrong! It is an excellent study for both beginners and more advanced students (teen through adult). It is not complicated, but covers important topics with good depth. I would say the study takes a bit longer than 40 minutes, but for a no homework study, it is very impressive.

Terrific Biblical Study based on Gods Word
Great Bible study. Did an online Zoom class through a certified Bible Leader thru Precept. This book makes it easy to understand and she’s thought provoking questions. Good to do by yourself or in a Bible class.

Really for 4th Graders
This study is not meant for mature believers. It is a lot of "VBS" type activities - "Put a triangle around the word God and a pitchfork next to each reference of the Devil." It is very childish and there is not room for discussion if you are planning to do this in a group. The questions are very straightforward. You read a passage and then the questions are like "What did the snake say?" Would not recommend this book. Waste of money.

I wasted 8 dollars
Not sure why they offer this in a Kindle version, since the whole idea of a Precepts book is to mark passages by drawing symbols pertaining to the subject, which is not possible in the Kindle format (at least not until support for Apple Pencil is added). I wasted 8 dollars.

Heaven, Hell, and Life After Death
This is an excellent resource to share with a group of people to understand what God says in His word about Life after Death.

Marvellous study
Highly recommended. A short, easy to read through book, no hardcore English words. There is occasional online study through Precept International Ministry on this book also, though a free account creation is needed.e-book version is fantastic where notes can be jotted also.A superb life-n-death talk is presented here that will definitely change your life's viewpoint.
