Other customers should know that this product is very helpful for peeling fruit and vegetables, especially compared to a regular knife. Its sharpness lasts forever, no need to keep sharpening from time to time

Fails the Prime Directive.
It just doesnโt work. Itโs like the angle of the bladeโs attack on the food item is just wrong. I run it against a carrot and pretty much nothing happens. I get these tentative, skimpy little scrapes but no proper peels. Go buy an oxo instead.
