I am always an XS (for example in Victoria’s Srt.) and don’t have large hips (only about 34.5-35” and a 25” waist) and I have to buy these in size S as otherwise the XS wont be seamless/will dig in on the sides. I love that these are cotton But without the sturdy and thick seams that’s most cotton panties have these days. I can’t say the cotton is very soft however and they do not hold up well either - about 2-3 months of washing and hang-drying them and the seams start ripping unfortunately. I still buy them though as I love me a comfy, not too low-waist undies to sleep in.

Lovely and barely there thong with lots of breathability for those warmer days! Holds up very well even after several washings and remains true to form and size. For reference I am 5'9" 152lbs and slender hips. Typically wear a large in panties and purchased such in a large.

I’m usually an xs but got a small in these to eliminate muffin top lines (my Size in pants is 25, and 34.5” hips circumference for reference). They are cotton and feel soft but do not wash well - the seams started unraveling after about the 3rd wash. Not worth the money overall - I used to be able to wear these for years!
