We have no complaints on this PC set. It was selected by an experienced gamer for my first time gamer. He is 8 and it was easy to install, easy to set up and has worked well since we purchased it! The mix of white with black is a nice contrast and the LED keyboard and mouse and great! IT was easy to connect all the pieces to set up and has been compatible with the game server we use. Overall great set!

This tech is super old and can’t be upgraded found that out because it just started overheating on me and shutting off for no reason and I had a tech friend look at it. He told me the power supply was too small for a pc like this but due to the outdated tech it would be expensive to upgrade.

This item has worked really well for my 12-year-old son who asked for his first gaming computer for Christmas. We took some time to try it out and assess its use before leaving a review; and so far this system has been prefect for our intentions. The price was very good for a system that fits our needs for an entry level system. My son is happy. We appreciate this product thus far and recommend it for others!

Very nice computer -- I love the RGB fans! It's equipped well enough to be my home backup computer. I'm able to use dual monitors using my monitor's HTMI outputs, which was a requirement for me. It's surprising how many computers do not support two monitors. This unit boots up REAL quick too. Had a small issue with one of the RGB fans, but contacted ZER-LON support through Amazon and everything was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I recommend this nicely compact PC. I especially like the see through case with glass on two sides that showed off the 5 very colorful RGB fans!

I am unsure if the PC has Bluetooth or not. I am still setting up (November 19, 2025 3:24pm) Aside from that everything was in perfect t condition. The packaging was perfect. When it arrive it had no visible scratches, no dents and no loose pieces. It runs very smooth and the fans aren’t extremely loud. This is a great starter pc if you are looking to try new things. From my understanding there is about 1tb of space. So you’ll be good unless you play a lot of things and want more there is always room on the inside to upgrade yourself. The graphics card came pre installed and it came with cords. If you are looking to attach multiple displays. It only allows two. One HDMI and the rest the do think it’s like DVA or VCA. To be clear there is no VGA input on the graphics so it’s not that one. It’s the longer rectangle so just beware and be ready for that. I have a second screen that takes VGA but it also uses the other display cord I’m referring too so it’s not much of a set back for me. But I wanted to be transparent with you guys. The price is amazing especially for the specs you are getting. $469.99 is amazing and you are definitely getting a bang for your buck. Like I said this is a GREAT starter pc. My only issue. And it’s the only reason it’s a 4 and not a five is because I’m not sure if it has Bluetooth. The boot time is extremely fast and smooth, the fans aren’t loud. And it looks amazing. The RGb bring everything together really giving it that gamer feel. I’m excited to finish setting everything up and I’ll let you guys know if anything changes. Now I saw some people mentioning how their keyboard didn’t work but I am here to assure you that both my mouse and keyboard work perfectly. So I don’t think it’s a manufacturer issue. I believe those keyboards were damaged in transit. Anything can happen here honestly. I hope this helps someone who is looking for an affordable starter pc!

it's a decent low cost basic gaming computer. does it have a high end GPU of course not. but it runs well and plays Steam games fine. (We Loaded steam OS on it.) I was a computer tech for 40 years and it has been reliable for my son who uses it all the time. ( Yes it is upgradable.)

Works quite well. Good beginner PC and affordable. A little smaller than I thought it'd be but easily upgradable. Overall it's a great PC very pleased. Update: I've upgraded my PC case from this one with an MSI PANO MAG. When I was upgrading it was very difficult to take out pieces. Some screws were very stripped and the fans had hot glue attached to them. Also they do not put the power supply amount on the specs but it's only 400.

For starters the antennas was missing, then found out something wasn’t plugged in, inside the pc. Then it was asking me to pay for windows 11 . And last but not least it wouldn’t even let me reset it so I could not take off all my things. So I had to make a fake account just to delete my stuff

Not worth the price. Lays, can’t do much with it.
