Good to have on hand
I ordered this for my husband's wound care needs. The wound care center he was going to uses a home medical company to mail the wound care materials needed but they were out of this product so I ordered it on Amazon. It's easy to cut to fit to the size needed and did the job.

Good value, does as described
Works well, although not good for any heavily draining wounds; must be changed daily Def won't last days; also must put dressings over it and can be costly but they do work better than regular dressing alone. Hard to find smaller sizes so I get these and cut them to size. Better value than the smaller ones.

A quick healing for open wounds
I had never used this product, but my surgeon assured me that it would heal my incisions more quickly...and it did. I had noticed that over time my healing was becoming slower. The calcium alginate has definitely increased the speed of healing. I was very pleased with it. Also, the surgeon had said it might be pricey, but these 2x2's were only $5 for a box. I give this product a 5-star rating.
