Nice case.
Nice case, works great. Would be nice if it came with a SATA to USB card mounted in the case. Knew it came without but would be nice if it was available as an option.

Add a 5-Port HPM -XU, eSATA/USB 3.0 and you've got a great DVD/Bluray Stack
Good case and power supply and with the added 5-Port HPM -XU, eSATA/USB 3.0 (which fits perfectly) and WOW, a thing of beauty.

If you want to add ports to the back of the device, they do not punch out
I contacted their tech support on this, but nothing happened. If you try and punch out the ports, they won't come out, as they are not cut out properly, and you will damage the case. I'm going to fix it with a plate to avoid waste, but this is additional hassle I didn't need, and I won't buy from this company again.

Good dupliicator case
Good Duplicator Case. Quality Control could be better, my case was missing one of the plastic feet, not a problem I have lots, and some of the edges are Really sharp, I scratched myself in the first couple of minutes working with the case. Works Great with the CopyStars controller. There is no separate mount for a hard drive, but if you get one of the plastic 2.5 to 3.5 adapters you can double stick FOAM tape it to the top of the power supply. There are 6 sata power connectors, one floppy connector, and one standard 4 pin drive connector. A good case for the price.

Works perfect and easy to assemble, had a problem that Copystar corrected.
Works perfect and easy to assemble. It's my first attempt at putting together these duplicators and it couldn't have been easier. I know I saved about $100 by buying the pieces and assembling it myself. All the items worked as planned.Followup on failure of duplicator power supply. It stopped working after only a few months of use, and I've yet to receive a response from Copystars after several attempts to get a replacement power supply. (should be under warranty)After posting above negative comment, Copystars representative contacted me and has sent out new power supply. He also recommended some options to double-check connections to front power switch, which helped get the duplicator back in business. If you have any issues, be sure to followup with Copystars representative. They were sincere in their effort to give quality support.

Add a port multiplier to create a great cd/dvd/blu-ray expansion tower
This case plus a Addonics 5-port HPM-XU expansion card let me attach 5 dvd drives to my computer over a usb 3 cable. Not quite the equal of Patrick Norton's Ripmonster 3000, but I didn't have to DIY the whole computer. Plus now I can turn it off when not in use (it has a power button on the front) and attach it to any new computer I buy. Far from a deluxe case, but reasonable given the price for a case and power supply.

Excellent support
I bought this for the case and was not disappointed. Had some questions/concerns about the PSU and got immediate and on-point support. Would buy from them again.
