When inflation, it takes the pressure off your lower spine
Easy to use. When filled with air , it takes the pressure off your spinal column. Very fair price as well .

The only belt that gave me pain relief for my pregnancy related back pain.
I recently had my first child. I started to develop some back pain during my pregnancy and powered through it with rest, stretching and some back wraps, but near the time of birth, the pain really ramped up. I was hoping it would get better after the birth, but it gradually grew worse. Rest and stretching wasn’t enough, so I tried a few of the cheaper, similar belts on amazon and none of them worked for me. My husband convinced me that we should try a higher quality product - you often get what you pay for, right? Boy, was he right. The way the decompression belt fits my spine is perfect. With some of the other belts, like Dr. Ho’s, it just did not fit my curves right - it just felt so “flat” and wasn’t much more effective than my trusty old back wrap. But with this DDS belt, it’s been so effective that I can even nurse my baby comfortably while wearing it and have almost none of the back pain after having used it for a few weeks. My husband was so impressed that he is going to also order one for his back aches - we’re so glad to have found a quality belt that works! :)

Gently Stretches Out Your Spine
I first learned about this compression belt from my chiropractor and he had arranged for the purchase of my original belt. But after losing some weight, I found I needed a smaller size and so I ordered my new one through Amazon. It works great and is easy to use. It helps to relieve the pain from my herniated disc; but I also still see my chiropractor weekly. It's a great additional tool though to those weekly visits.

Best back support I've used, but pricey
My lower back has hurt me for years and I can't begin to remember all of the things I've tried to help ease the constant pain. I have tried many back supports and this one is the most comfortable and I think the best for me. When I wear any back belt I tighten it as much as I can. These belts don't have much play in the size variations that it will take. So be careful when choosing your size. Although pricey, it is well made and as I've said works better than anything else I know of. I order my belt through Amazon with Paradigm E-Commerce/Midwest Rehab Supply. Both the owner and his wife (physical therapist) spent time with me discussing the belt and it's sizing. Because of their help I decided to make sure I purchased from them. If you can afford the belt, it's probably worth a try. It didn't eliminate my pain, but under certain circumstances it helps a lot. NOTE: Both my wife and myself use an inversion table (Teeter's, I think) and it seems to work well also.

Highly recommended for pain in lower back
My husband used to purchase or recommend to his patients through the company. My son who was in a terrible car accided and spine is held together with metal has worn out 3 of these over the last 10 years, but he wears daily to relieve his pain instead of taking medicine. Only complaint he says he sweats in it.

No returns or refunds
I bought this last Dec 2024. It doesn’t work. I can’t deflate it. I tried to see if I could return it but it says no returns or exchanges. Today’s date is 2/4/25. Just a little over a month. For the price I paid it should have a return policy or work which it doesn’t. So don’t do what I did and buy one. You are wasting your money.

I tried varying hours of use/wear and while my back initially felt great from the "traction"
A very well-made and well-thought-out back brace. Unfortunately for me, even after viewing proper fitting video, the brace caused me to have MORE pain in my low back where disks have begun to fail. I tried varying hours of use/wear and while my back initially felt great from the "traction", I had a sharp stab of recurring pain after removing the brace. My doc gave me a cautious okay on this brace but warned me that I might not have good luck with it. Such is life with chronic back pain.

The best compression for backs
My physical therapist recommended this belt to me. On Amazon, you can get this belt for over $200 or a $40 knock-off from China. I decided to spend the extra money because this company designed/engineered/ this belt specifically for people with back pain. This company researched how to best meet the needs of back support while doing activities of daily living: walking, driving, working etc. I like that this belt comes in different sizes instead of one size fits all.
