Very sharp, good length, short battery life
The pole seems to be fairly sturdy. Given the type of work one is doing with this chainsaw on a stick, you would want it to be able to withstand a bit of rough handling. It seems to handle that just fine. The pole is fairly easy to assemble. It's also fairly easy to use. I think there were instructions that came with the pole saw, but I was able to assemble it and use it without reading the instructions. The one "gotcha" that I encountered was that there is a small switch near the handle and trigger. It seems this switch can be toggled fairly easily. I accidentally toggled the switch causing the handle trigger to stop working. I was about to write a scathing review about how I had only used it for 10 minutes before it failed, when I noticed the switch. After toggling the switch, the handle trigger again worked as expected. I accidentally toggle the switch a dozen more times, but when the saw failed to respond to the handle trigger, I reached down and found the switch had been toggled. I presume there might have been something in the instructions about the toggle switch. If I really wanted, I could probably disable the toggle switch with some tape or a zip-tie. The blade on the chainsaw is very sharp. I was able to cut through some fairly thick branches without any problem. I like that the head of the pole saw can be rotated to get to just the right angle, which is different depending on what you're trying to cut, and where. The chainsaw itself is fairly small and light. I can handle using the chainsaw with just one hand. But with it attached to the pole, it gets to be a bit heavy. But I expected it to be heavy so that it can be durable. I expect something lighter might be more flimsy. The battery life is about what you might expect. It's only about 5 minutes of continuous running. The MFG also sells longer run batteries. If you're going to be doing a large trimming project, you might want more batteries, or longer running batteries. I actually have 5 batteries and was able to swap in a fresh battery as the batteries were consumed. I am normally a loyal customer or a particular well known brand name. However I have owned a very inexpensive chainsaw similar to this one, made by some unknown company. I have been extremely pleased with that chainsaw. Except for the color, the chainsaw in this kit looks exactly like the other. This pole saw was one of the least expensive pole saws being sold by Amazon. So far I am very happy with it's performance. That make this a very good value. This pole saw allowed me to complete a tree trimming project that a professional wanted to charge me over $1000. With a bit of sweat and sore muscles, and the help of this pole saw, my trees look professionally trimmed. I would like to extend the pole another one or two segments. As far as I can tell, there isn't anything to stop me from bying another pole and adding the length to this one.

Extendable pole for chainsaw
Not happy with this product. The switch on the bottom did not work. There is power to the saw but you can't turn it on from the switch when you to cut a branch. Ordered a replacement hopefully the next one will work. Then I may change my review.

Well made for the price
I had a few palm trees I needed to trim. I did an Amazon search and found this pole saw. It was just what I needed and it was easy to assemble.

Disappointed
The 14 ft reach is based on a 6ft person, not the length of the extension. (This is written is small print) The description says it will fit Sensii tools, but you must have the W connection. My batteries will work but not my Sensii mini chain saws. The Sensii mini chain saw seems to be more powerful than this one. The main reason for buying this was for the "14ft" extension and being able to use my mini chain saws. Disappointed.

Lightweight, Powerful, and a Lifesaver for Bad Shoulders!
I love doing my own yard work, but with bad shoulders, finding tools that don't leave me in pain is a challenge. This 2-in-1 pole saw and mini chainsaw has been an absolute game-changer! My main goal was trimming low-hanging tree branches so I could ride under them on my lawn mower without getting hit in the face, and this tool makes light work of it. It’s surprisingly lightweight but has plenty of power. I’ve used it quite a bit on a single charge to prune trees and have even used the chainsaw mode to cut dead bushes completely down to the ground. As an added bonus, the battery life is great, and it shares the same battery type as my cordless mini pressure washer (which is also amazing). This would make a fantastic Father’s Day or birthday gift, but honestly, just buy it for yourself. You won't regret it!

Love it
I really do like the pole saw. It’s letting me get branches and stuff that are too high and also I found out that my clippers fit in it too so I’m pretty happy with it. Thanks for making a great product. I will recommend.

Tools your using must have 3 electrical connections
If your tool (battery saw) doesn’t have 3 electrical connections it doesn’t work. My battery has 3 my saw only has 2 doesn’t work with trigger on pole will work if it’s connected and I use trigger on saw. They were very helpful to resolve the issues and refund my money

Order two of this pole and neither one works
Does not work.. saw connected to the pole gets electricity from battery at the bottom of the pole, bottom trigger does not work at all .
