Just FYI I also thought at first this did not fit; but then I turned it around and realized it was upside down. Then I tried snapping in the middle section then the ends and it didn't fit perfectly but had about an inch where it didn't connect at one of the ends. Finally, I tried snapping in the left and right ends first then the middle section and it fit perfectly! (Note: It needed no special tools to install) I love it! Looks great! Great price for an easy fix once you figure it out.
