Will these belts work on dirt devil pro express?

Hi! Your cleaner carries a style 15 belt part #1SN0220001. Hope this helps! -Dirt Devil Customer Care

do these belts fit mode 088160 upright with no bag

Yes, these are the correct belts for that model.

Can someone tell me, is it actually 1" wide?

no it is not. i have one. it is narrow enough to get along side of your car seats though. if you have looked at a canister vaccum and seen the long skinny attachment part, it is as narrow as that.
