Incredible Product & Unmatched Customer Service!
The RTS-200C is an incredible product and it does exactly what the description says it will do. I had a few questions before buying and the Customer Service team got back to me right away. I've been looking for a high quality product to delay radio for many years and this works perfectly with great sound quality. Now I'm able to sync up the live radio broadcasts and listen to Matt Lepay and Mike Lucas for Badger games, Wayne Larrivee for Packer Games and Bob Uecker for Brewer games. This device allows you to delay radio for more than 80 seconds but most HD broadcasts are no more than 40 seconds behind (and that's with Youtube TV). So the delay is more than sufficient. The cables/unit itself that come with the RTS are high quality and the thank you note and detailed instruction manual are perfectly executed. I've now been using the RTS for several months and I've been extremely happy with it. Around 7 months after purchase, I reached out to Motron with a few follow up questions regarding a buzzing I was hearing through my speakers when using the RTS. They got back to me right away on a weekend (not to mention holiday) with troubleshooting techniques. Not only that, but the owner called me twice the following week to walk me through troubleshooting where the buzzing noise was coming from and we fixed it! Turns out, it had nothing to do with the unit itself, it was the FM radio I was using. This product is worth the money AND then some. I highly suggest buying, you will love this product if you want to sync up radio broadcasts for any sport with your TV. As mentioned above, it's also the best customer service experience I've had with any product. I can now say there is not a better place to watch Badger/Packer/Brewer games in the World than my house! Unless you are at the game I suppose. Enjoy the RTS!

Does what it says and well designed
Great little unit! The normal mode works fine for synchronizing my analog zone 2 with the processed audio from my main system, which is nice since I don’t have to explain to guests why I have a piece of gear that reads “LIPS” in red letters :). I also like that it can be controlled via remote, so I can adjust the timing when I change audio settings. Packaging was simple but impressive: everything wrapped well, power supply in its own box. Came with all needed cables. *All* of them. Came with a battery in the remote. Really… nicely done. Only improvements I would have asked for are RCA connectors for a more secure hookup, and discrete on/off remote codes for the power instead of a toggle, for ease in programming a universal remote.

Works just as advertised!
I love this device - the documentation with it was concise but complete, and easily walks you through multiple possible setups. I have used some other delay devices in the past and they have worked, but I appreciate several things about this. The 2 main advantages this has over some other options is that: 1) the sound quality out of this (at least in my experience) is virtually equal to the input device, and; 2) you can use whatever radio you want for an input (as long as it can output sound to a 3.5 jack, or you have a converter). The remote is a nice touch - sometimes I've noticed radio stations change a delay partway through a basketball game, and this allows me to tweak the delay without going over to my delay device (which I have tucked away out of site). The owner obviously has made this a labor of love - thank you for making this device, and for continuing to support it even as radio audiences decline!!

Impressive delay
I used this audio delay for an outdoor concert. I worked very well. I liked the smaller increments of delay that are available with this unit. I was able to synchronize the sound from the front of house speakers to the back of house speakers perfectly. I highly recommend.

Works great!
This is my second audio delay device. The first was Delay Play ($150) and it worked pretty well. Thing is, it could only delay audio up to about 16 seconds and the time adjustment was a slider like a dimmer switch. That was good enough in the old days but it seems like tv signal delays are much longer now like in the 45 sec range so the old Delay Play was no longer useful. This new device is a honey and works great with 3 main improvements. First it can handle MUCH longer delays, something like a minute and a half! Second, the + and - adjustments are in discreet, very small numeric increments like setting a thermostat (much easier to dial in than a physical slider) so you can really match the tv video signal with your radio audio signal. Third, you adjust the delay with buttons on a remote control which is WAY easier from your viewing chair than my old Delay Play that required me to repeatedly hop up to adjust the unit sitting with the rest of the man-cave electronics. Actually there are more good things. It is made in the USA so the profits are not headed to China to be turned into missiles aimed back at us. Finally the tech support is reportedly excellent though I have not needed it. Pro tip: if you are trying to sync a football game the best time is when a referee is announcing a penalty - you match his voice to the movement of his lips. Then the sync will be perfect. With basketball the best time is during foul shots. The crowd is pretty quiet and you can sometimes sync the loud clang of a missed shot with the video. The unit itself is not all that visually appealing in my opinion, but it works marvelously and that’s what really counts. I’m really glad I got it!

High quality, American-made delay for lip-syncing movies and syncing TV and radio broadcasts
This is a very high quality, quiet (92 dB S/N), easy-to-use audio delay which I purchased to lip-sync Amazon Prime, after noticing that HD movies were out-of-sync by about 200 milliseconds (audio ahead of video by 200 ms). Amazon SD movies/TV are in sync, as are all Netflix and YouTube videos, using the same equipment, which is odd. I considered and rejected all the cheap Chinese junk with discrete delays (all seem to have the same specs = 0-300 ms in 50 ms steps). This MoTron delay is made in the good ol' USA (Eugene, Oregon) and uses 1 ms steps for 1-3 sec delay, and 10 ms steps up to 43 sec delay in high-resolution stereo (16 bit, 48 kHz sampling), or up to 86 sec for 48kHz mono or 24kHz stereo. To install it, connect it between your TV's 3.5 mm audio out jack and your preamp/receiver inputs using the supplied cables. A pair each of 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm and 3.5 mm to RCA cables are included, which you may or may not need depending on your TV and audio system (the unit has 3.5 mm in/out jacks). If your TV only has a digital optical (Toslink) audio out jack, you'll have to buy a digital to analog converter with RCA and/or 3.5 mm outputs, which are inexpensive. It has a nice little palm-size remote control, so you can sit in your viewing position and adjust the delay time on the fly, using the big, easy-to-read 1/2" red display (unlike the cheap Chinese junk). There's an audio mute button and 3 buttons to select among 6 different delay modes, depending on how you're using it (small, finely-tuned delay for lip-sync or larger delays for syncing TV sports with local radio broadcasts). When the power is turned off with the remote, the signal from your TV automatically bypasses the unit, so you don't have to physically disconnect it when you're not using it. They also include non-slip rubber feet, a nice touch. Even the batteries are installed (AAA x 2)! The only caveat is that since it was designed to use with regular consumer gear not pro-audio level equipment (+4 dBu), it will distort if over-driven, per owner Don Moser (who responded promptly to my email). Inputs over 0 dBu (= 0 dBm = 0.775 VRMS = 2.2 V peak-to-peak) may cause clipping distortion, so just reduce the input if this occurs. The MoTron delay costs about twice as much as most of the cheap Chinese junk, but it's much more versatile, and has the look and feel of quality. It will probably last much longer, and the support is top-notch, so I think it's worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Time delay is great.
For those of you who want to watch your home team but listen to the radio play-by-play instead of the tv, this is the gizmo for you to get the audio in sync with the tv picture. Technology and me are not very compatible, but even I had no problem hooking this up. The only thing you need to know going in is that you need a radio or tuner that has an audio out for an RCA jack. The RCA jack from the audio out goes into the RSC 200C box input. The output jack on the box is for another RCA wire that goes into the audio in jack of a speaker or an auxiliary audio input on another device. All the necessary wires are included, and the remote control comes with batteries already loaded. The remote control has an up & down button to regulate how much time delay you want. It's quite user friendly. I recommend it for anyone interested in this type of technology.

Best value of Audio Delay hardware at reasonable price, well-built
We need to run weekly meeting using video conference presentation with multiple people on stage, live audience, and people from zoom. So I have several Cameras and microphones were terminated at a mixer. The mixer then feed to a PC with Zoom sharing the screen from OBS. The problem is, there is a 0.8 seconds delay for Zoom audience where the audio is ahead of the video. I tried finding OBS plugins and other solutions, but it does not work well with our setup because we often have to share videos from the PC and broadcast on the zoom. This device allows me to set a delay between the Audio mixer and PC, and it is the only one that I can find around $200 with delay adjustment beyond 1 seconds. It is running strong for a few weeks now. Great quality and the audio delay increment using digital display is great! Recommended!
