Perfectly blended and well balanced to prevent anyone spice from being overwhelming our delicious Mumbai Railway Chai is packed full of flavour and the caffeine content will give you the pick-me up you need. 1kg: Approx 65 servings 225g: Approx 15 servings Ingredients: Sugar, natural Chai Spice flavouring, Black Tea extract, ground Spices (Cinnamon, Cardamom, Ginger, Clove, Black pepper, Star Anise), Guar Gum. How to make our Mumbai Railway Chai For a warm traditional Mumbai Railway Chai: Mix 2 teaspoons (approx 15g) of Mumbai Railway Chai together with 4oz hot water (min. 75 celcius) + 4oz hot (min. 75 celcius) milk/mylk. Strain the hot Chai into a mug or glass and it's ready to drink. For a warm Mumbai Railway Chai latte: Mix 2 teaspoons (10-15g) of Mumbai Railway Chai together with 8oz hot min. (75-85 celcius) milk/mylk. Strain the hot Chai into a mug or glass and it's ready to drink. Sweeten to taste. Using an espresso machine? You can mix our Mumbai Railway Chai powder and preferred combo of water, milk or any plant milk in pitcher and steam it hot (min. 75 celcius) on an espresso machine. Try not to force froth on top of the milk at the start of steaming. Keep the steamer 1-2cm under the surface at all times. If you use 20cl milk or plant milk you will end up with a 25cl drink due to introducing air into the milk.

Love this Chai Mix
I originally bought this chai mix directly from their website - and what can I say? I'm super impressed. I consider myself to be somewhat of a chai latte addict, and have tried various brands over the past three years; this one is in my top three. First of all it's dairy free - big plus for vegans and those who are lactose intolerant like me. Secondly, it has a lovely authentic Indian chai flavour - not too cinnamony or sweet like a lot of the mainstream chai mixes available at supermarkets. Thirdly, it's very reasonably priced! I've spent a lot on chai over the years, and the price for a 1kg bag is a very good deal. Sure, you can pay less for one of those bulked out with milk powder and sugar, but why would you when you can get the real deal right here!If you're a chai fan, this mix should be on your list!

Really strong flavours from a very small amount. However it is far too sweet for me.
