No, this is water based and chocolate (including white chocolate) will sieze and split when exposed to water. You need to buy oil-based colours from Wilton or powdered colour.

I want to make tiny marzipan fruits. Will this affect the flavor of the marzipan?

No, all of the colors are tasteless and will not affect the taste of anything it is added to.

Yes. I have used wilton colors for over 40 years. There are others out there of course, BUT, they are not as good as the Wilton ones in as much as they get hard lumps in them. Wilton I know I can have for a long time and when I want to use them, they are there.
