Q: Is this Dutch processed?

It says, "100 percent cacao, non-alkalized and unsweetened" in the description above. That means it is not Dutch processed. But I don't find it too bitter. I stir in about 1 teaspoon with my coffee in the morning and it's perfect.

Q: What is the ratio of dutched to natural cocoa?

Sorry it does say it is a blend but doesn't give a ratio
