This is a fantastic device. I bought it 14 February 2025 and I've used it once and it worked better than my wildest dreams. It is a five tray device and it allows you to duplicate Cd's and DVD's. I highly recommend you buy this. Buy it soon. The prices are increasing! I bought mine in February for $227.95. It is now selling for $254.95 and will only continue to increase in price. It's straight forward easy to use and works as advertised only thing I don't like is that copyright encryption will only work for DVD's so if your a band making CD's like I am then it's useless other than that this thing works great

This machine was well worth the price! I wanted to do a small Limited Edition run of 50-100 copies of a few different projects. The machine was intuitively easy to operate and produced high quality, clean copies quickly. Highly recommend!

This makes duplicating CD;s and DVD's a lot faster. For years, I did it on a 1 to 1 basis. Now I can do it on a 1 to 5 -- cutting a significant amount of production time. Thank you for a great product.

I am like several other people who owned this unit for about a year and a half. Not very much use at all. One day I turned it on and it didn’t fire up. No display, no fans. Nothing worked! I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that it was possibly a power supply issue. I asked them by text message how I would go about getting a replacement power supply. Never got a response. I would never, ever purchase from these people again! Look for another company to purchase from! If you buy this, be sure to get the warranty. Maybe they will help you!

It's very simple to use and it's quick. I burned about 800mb across 5 disk in 2-3 minutes. I wish I had something interesting to say but it does what I needed it to do, does it well and a reasonable price. I didn't use the copyright feature as I don't expect I every will, but I assume that's a snap too.

I've used this a few time's and works great. Simple to operate.

I have to make multiple copies of a CD which was created utilizing software on my laptop. So we're not talking about a high-tech original.. However the five copies that I made with this machine were all reproduced very easily and quietly with Incredible accuracy- and in a very fast time. I duplicated 11 CDs in about 7 minutes. I'm extremely pleased with this. Sincerely

This item is very dangerous and should be with drawn ASAP. When I receive it I plugged it in and a load bang and white smoke come from the back I was quick to unplug it would have caused a fire. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM!!! Amazon will not give my money back until this product is returned. I have no way of printing off a label because I don’t have a printer. I am unable to take it to the post office because it’s too big and heavy. I got in touch with chat and they put me in touch with a technician and it cost me a £1 chat online it kept asking me to phone for £22 I just didn’t bother in the end it was a complete waist of time the Amazon staff member putting me in touch with him because it couldn’t be repaired because it had gone completely. It was very stress full the whole thing an I feel that I should be compensated but I don’t think I will I think I will be lucky to get my money back.
