Essential Succulents: The Beginner's Guide Paperback – November 13, 2018

This is an excellent book on succulents. It has lots of beautiful photographs identifying different types of succulents (I didn’t know there were so many!) and their care and propagation. A bonus is several decorative ideas. Highly recommended!

I was hoping for a lot more information about care and use. The succulents shown are OK but not spectacular. I plan to give the book to someone in the garden club. I can't use it.

What a gorgeous book this is. There are tons of full size photos, facts, suggestions, and general information on successfully growing and propagating succulents. I highly recommend this to beginners as well as those with more experience who may want to compare variety’s side by side. I’m proud to have this on display.

This is the perfect book for succulent fans! It offers pictures and full descriptions of many different succulents, how to grow, care for, and propagate them. Additionally, it explains hiw to make a variety of arrangements, and how to create craft projects. At the end of the book there are pages of photos, besides the full page ones of each plant and all the info you need about each plant. The glossary is helpful too. It even mentions a few various cacti. I’m so glad I purchased this book!

Very nice book in perfect condition. Excellent photos of plants for identification purposes. Easy to read and understand.

It seemed to be very limited in scope. Instead of multiple pages if the same kind of succulents eg. jade. Because 50 sounds like a lot but I only have one in the book. With the information in this book I think it could have been a smaller book and less expensive.
