I was skeptical at first, but my ENT said Gourmet Reflux will work for my “Silent Reflux” condition. At first I didn’t see much of a difference, but I wasn’t going to waste my purchase. I took a half/whole teaspoon after every meal. The more u used it, the better my GERD calmed down. It was helping! I added, bedtime; it is working great. I’m doing this while getting off of prescription acid blockers (which makes the stomach produce more acid, get that!) Now, I’m able to cut back on the amount of GR I need during the day/night. I still take it after most meals, but not after every meal/snack. Gourmet Reflux really works! And works well! I don’t get loose bowel or constipation. The taste is acceptable. I drink water after taking, it doesn’t seem to diminish its power to block the acid. I have a tube in the kitchen, bedroom and individuals packets in my purse and ready for my suitcase for traveling. Great stuff! *** I never would have bought Gourmet Reflux on my own. Only because a doctor recommended it! I appreciate doctors that give me a choice that works instead of always a prescription!

**Thorough Review** Flavor: Vanilla Caramel (DELIC!) As a long time GERD / silent reflux sufferer, I cannot believe I’ve never heard of this! As I was scrolling online, reading threads, looking for suggestions to my pain, someone mentioned this product. After doing some of my own research, I very much appreciated the natural aspects of it as opposed to all of the PPI or H2 blockers I’ve been on for years. I mostly take RG at night before bed and it’s been a life saver! I used to take other medications and wake up, sometimes multiple times a night, in such upper GI pain that I couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. Then the following day I’m wiped-so on and so forth- as such this has been a miracle! So much so, that my husband, a habitual PM tums user, has started taking my RG! At first I raised an eyebrow at price point, but my usage of only 1tsp, a handful days a week, has lasted me 4 months. I purchased in April and am now re-ordering in August. I wanted to wait and do a full review once I had the product long enough. As such, the price isn’t an issue. I also don’t find the sugar to be a personal issue- only 3mg / 1tsp, isn’t that much. I happen to find the flavor rich & delicious- I look at it as my dessert before bedtime😋 Happy consumer! Would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This product is life changing. My daughter suffers from IBD and Barretts. Food has become the enemy. Meds have come and gone with either undesirable side effects or loss of efficacy over time. This works instantly and has become a miracle in reducing acid reflux and everything that accompanies that. It is so delicious that she even has been known to drizzle it on a snack to avoid issues. Kelp seems to be the key that most gastro specialists are reluctant to acknowledge. I was skeptical because they never offered it. It was recommended by a friend that was seeing a more progressive specialist.

This works well before going to bed when I know I will not be drinking any water (there is a caution to not drink water after taking this so that it doesn't compromise the "raft" ). The flavor is not too bad. It tastes like caramel and vanilla with a hint of baking soda. I like it. I do think it is expensive for what it is and cannot justify using it all of the time.

Great Product for acid reflux .... Terrible Name. After a esophagram food swallow test, the specialist suggested I give it a try. REFLUX GOURMET helped my years of Acid Reflux throat and chest pain better than most doctor prescribed medications. When I suggested REFLUX GOURMET to my GP doctor for other patients. I showed him the Black Vanilla Carmel Tube, he laughed at Gourmet ! The Caramel flavor taste great. My only gripe. I am pre-diabetic and RG is very sweet. I only take it at nights before I sleep because of the sugar. It worked immediately. I hope it works for others with Acid Reflux and a version with zero sugar is created. Also a smaller travel size for TSA.

Bought this product for Acid Reflux. Nice flavor . It did work for a couple of Days , Good value easy to carry when on the go .

My Speech Therapist told me about Reflux Gourmet. I suffer with severe Acid Reflux, I was going thru speech therapy post-op after a cervical spinal cord fusion due to a spinal cord compression which affected my speech and difficulty swallowing before and after surgery. She told me to try this product, and what a life changer. It is thick, but it coats your throat to calm the "acid burn" in the middle of the night. What it does is the gel lays on top of the stomach to calm the acid reflux down during the night. I only take it when I neaed it, it says to take a tsp every night. It's always in my overnight bag. I've only tried the Vanilla Carmel, they also have a mint Chocolate. Well worth the price.

I have been using this reflux formulation for a number of years and it works well for me. The only issue I have is the consistency of the material seems to change from tube to tube. One time it flows well and is caramel colored and the next time it beige colored and is very runny. The taste stays the same although a little gritty when light colored.

Tastes nice. But had no lasting effect on my reflux

I regularly buy this product and it is normally great. However just opened a new tube and the contents looks and tastes a bit different to usual. I am therefore a bit concerned about using this tube. Especially as it is taken by my 5 year old for her ongoing reflux.

I have silent reflux which can make you cough at night. A teaspoon of this stops the coughing almost instantly which allows me to fall back to sleep fast. It is a great product that has helped me tremendously

I did not find this product helped at all. It is high in sugar which is not good for any gastrointestinal disorders and with me seemed to make all my symptoms worse. Also very expensive. Will stick to omeprazole and Gaviscon.
