Its well worth the money. Works perfectly. It turns off after a while, but I have even heated the cold coffee by turning it back on and it heats the coffee really well The machine weighs nothing whatsoever, so it is not heavy and moves easy, I would place into a tray if you need to pull it in and out of where it is situated because of the hot drink for safety due to how light weight it is. I keep it on a tray for ease of moving it in and out from under the kitchen cabinets. I'd say go for it, for the price and function. At this stage all is working as it should.

Very good, keeps coffee warm and the brew time is exceptionally fast. No leakage, beautifully fits in with my decor for my kitchen set up, can be a tad noisy but if thats not an issue I’d recommended this.

So, we bought this for our caravan as our old coffee machine just died. I'll start with the only real problem, and that was the fact there are 2 holes on the base where rubber feet should obviously be, but there are no rubber feet. I thought maybe they were in the packaging somewhere for me to stick on myself, but nope...no rubber feet to be found anywhere. As a result, the coffee machine slides around on the counter top when trying to remove the carafe etc. Not great for an electric appliance with water in it. Luckily I happened to have a pack of sticky rubber feet I use when building my own speakers, so I just stuck 4 of them on the bottom. Job done. That's the reason for the 1 missing star on this review. Anyway... Build quality on this isn't the greatest. Thin plastic and a bit flimsy, but it's only £22 and it is built well enough to serve its purpose. I washed and it all and put water through it 3 times to clean it out. It's extremely easy to use, with just a single button to turn it on and off, that's it. Using the spoon that came with the machine, I put 4 level scoops into the machine and that was almost perfect for our taste (maybe a little strong so will try 3 rounded spoons next time , just try a few different amounts to get it to your liking). The coffee tasted good. No plasticky taste that you can get with some cheap (or even some expensive) coffee machines. It's very quiet and it takes around 15-20 minutes to brew a full pot of coffee. The carafe pours really nicely, no spillages over the sides of the spout even if you pour quickly. In fact, it's actually the best pouring carafe we've ever had, and we've had a LOT of coffee machines from very cheap to very expensive over the years. They call this a '12 cup' coffee machine, but in reality it's a good sized 4 mugs of coffee. The keep warm timer works very well, it stays very hot for 40 minutes and if you need it kept hot for longer just press the button again. I would prefer one that stays hot until turned off, but the EU got rid of that and most items on Amazon are still sold to the EU as well as us so not a lot we can do about that, I don't think manufacturers are going to make a separate version of coffee machines that stay on just for us. All in all it was a good purchase, even with the rubber feet issue. If you want a budget filter coffee machine this is a very good choice.

Great little machine, the glass is a bit flimsy, no mess when pouring, brews reasonably quick. No leakage observed and a nice size for me

This coffee-maker needs a bit of tweaking, but it's an excellent coffee maker. The tweaks involve some rubber feet, so it doesn't skate over the kitchen worktop when you're trying to use it. Other than that, it's all good. The catch on the lid is very basic, a simple plastic clasp that looks like it will loosen with age, but we shall see. The hotplate is nice and smooth, and the filter works well. I use the same amount of coffee and water I did in my old Russell Hobbs filter coffee maker, and this makes Filter machine coffee indistinguishable from it. If you look carefully on the underside in my photos, you can see the pretty ugly mod I did to attach a couple of rubber feet cut in half to solve the problem of the original hard plastic tabs which, combined with the light weight of this coffee maker, meant it was prone to moving when you didn't want it to. The rubber feet have solved the problem nicely and I have an excellent budget coffee maker to replace my old one which suffered the fate of a clumsy fool (me) dropping the jug and breaking it. But this coffee maker is excellent and a better buy than you might expect. Just expect it to slip and slide a bit until you sort out some feet for the base.

I bought this coffee machine a year ago, and it completely stopped working. Since it was still under warranty, I reached out to customer service to get it resolved. That was the beginning of an absolute nightmare. First, they made me jump through hoops by requiring a video proving the machine was broken, which I sent back on June 22nd. They eventually acknowledged the fault and agreed to send a replacement. After weeks of tedious back-and-forth emails, I finally squeezed a tracking number out of them. But when I checked Royal Mail, the tracking status stayed stuck on "waiting to receive the package." When I chased them up again, they blamed a "warehouse issue" and promised to send a new tracking number right away. That was complete nonsense — no new tracking number was ever sent, and subsequent emails just get canned apologies with zero actual progress. It has now been nearly two months since they approved the replacement, and I am still sitting here with a broken machine and empty promises. A product failing after a year is bad enough, but this level of incompetence and delay makes it hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Save yourself the frustration and buy from a company that actually honors its warranty.

This machine is very light and flimsy and after a month or so of little use the reservoir did not fully empty into the coffee pot. It seems to be leaking at the top back into the reservoir. I didn't bother to report it as sending it back would have cost the price of the machine. We have since purchased a simple non electric coffee pot which works fine. No fear of it leaking, etc. When it was working the coffee was great!!!!
