Very delicious and great spice
I tried this oil on a cucumber salad with dinner tonight and thought it was delicious. It had a taste very reminiscent of wasabi but didn't clear out your sinuses like that would. I'm looking forward to trying this in some more recipes.

This oil is clearly labeled for use in cooking. It is a product of Australia and contains only mustard seed oil, no additives. This is the mustard oil we use in our authentic India recipes. Very difficult to find the culinary oil, rather than massage oil (don't us massage oil for cooking), so we are really glad Amazon carries it.

I am discovering culinary uses for this product. It is too expensive for frying but as a finishing oil for flavor wonderful.
