Skechers Men's Cessnock Bungee Slip On

This is the third pair I have purchased. I run a kitchen and wear these everyday I work. I bought one pair and wore them over a year and then purchased another pair. I made the first ones my work around the yard shoes. My plan was to do the same once I received the new ones. I now have three pair because the first ones won't wear out! They are a wider shoe so my feet don't feel squished. My feet and calves feel much better at the end of the day. The shoes are pretty nonslip. The only time I have worried about slipping was on glare ice. They aren't the warmest shoe to wear outside in the winter, but they are nice when working in a hot kitchen. They clean easily. I have dumped spaghetti sauce and other things on them and they cleaned right up. They feel comfortable and have good support. I usually add an insert after 6 or 7 months of wear. They slip on and off quite easily. It is nice not having to worry about tying shoelaces while working, or any time. They go with anything, dress, casual, even shorts. I really can't say enough good about these shoes. I am so pleased with them that I have been tempted to buy several pair and just put them in the back of the closet. I would hate to come to purchase a pair and find that they have been discontinued.

These shoes have been extremely helpful at work. I would fall down all the time at my job because the water near the dishwashing station was always so slick. With these, I can walk right through the water with no problem even at a faster pace and they grip as if the floor is dry. They are very comfortable to wear for my 8 hour shift and I like how they are light and mesh like, so my feet aren't scrunched up as I work. The memory foam pad sole helps my feet not hurt as much. Worth the price.

Here's my initial review after 4 days and 10 miles. I am a 6' 7" 245lb man who works a food service job currently and I figured hey, why not, I'll roll the dice, these shoes look sharp, they're in my hard to find size, and I'm sure they'll hold up to water splashing over my feet with sink work, which they do quite well. Whatever water isn't deflected is wicked, or so it seems. The shoes look sharp in either a casual or professional setting, though I take issue with the build quality. On day two , the insoles already began to crumble. You will need to replace these immediately, and I would recommend investing in a higher quality insole. Memory foam insoles feel like you're walking through sand. The outer shell seems of decent quality, it's done right. The soles, however, feel almost hollow, and feels as if they could be pierced easily if not utilized in the intended food service environment, being clean, hard floors. Kudos on the anti-slip, that works. The bungee "laces" lack a toggle to tighten the shoe, and is sewn into a single fabric eyelet. This is easily overcome with a seam ripper, a pair of scissors and another quality of life improving purchase of a bungee lace kit with toggles and clasps. Other than these drawbacks, and putting in a little more work in, I feel like I could comfortably ride these shoes for at least a year. Remember, work shoes are use items, and will require replacement eventually. The shoes are pretty good. They barely slip and they are comfortable. I'm surprised the shoe fit me. For me, they last at least a year before the bottom part of the shoe began to peel off bit by bit. The shoe are also easy to clean.

I purchased this shoe as well as a pair of the Skecher Afterburn M tennis shoes. I wanted a dedicated work shoe, because I was going though my shoes pretty quickly from wearing the same pair all the time. So, being that I had already had two previous pairs of the “Afterburn” shoe, and burned through each of them in just over a year respectively, I decided to get another pair of them and also get a pair of the Cessnock Food Service Shoe strictly for work. Both pairs of shoes arrived yesterday, and today I wore the Food Service shoe (FSS) to work for the first time. I slipped them on and found them to be a perfect fit. They are very light weight and comfortable. Usually, I find new shoes need a few days of wear to break-in until they really conform to the shape of your foot and then begin to fit well, but that wasn’t the case with these FSS shoes; they fit perfectly the moment I put them on. I wore them all day at work and discovered something that really surprised me. We had a snowstorm today and got about 2” by the time I got to work, and had a good 7” by the end of my shift. I park outside so of course I have to brush the snow off the car. After doing so I knocked the snow off my shoes before getting into the car. I was surprised to see that the snow didn’t stick to the material on top of the shoes, it was as if there was a water repellant in/on the material. I was sort of wondering why my feet weren’t getting cold while I was cleaning off my car and I guess that explains it. Another surprise was the fact that these shoes make no sound when walking on a tile floor while having wet soles. The “Afterburn” tennis shoes squeak like a rusty hinge when the bottom of the shoe is wet and you walk across tile or other such surfaces, but the FSS’s, are quiet as a mouse, not a sound comes from them, you could almost call them Ninja shoes. As for the style, well that’s a personal preference and these shoes suit me just fine. I think they look sharp, and nobody even noticed I had a new pair of shoes on today. Durability is the unanswered question and being that I’ve only worn them one day, that question will remain unanswered for a while. If I can get a solid two years out of them, just wearing them to work, I will definitely buy them again and certainly would recommend them to a friend. I hope this review helps with your decision. had these for work and their so comfortable and convinient, my feet no longer hurt during my shift 8-12+ hours and when i spill water on my feet the liquids tend to not leak through to my sicks

This is about the fifth pair. My husband has bought. He has a bad back and he loves the sneakers. They are the only sneakers he’s ever had that truly help his back. They do fit true to size.

I wear a US 9 sketchers usually but had to return this one for a US 8 as it was much larger than expected. Otherwise, this is a great shoe for moving around at work (I'm a healthcare worker) and the style fits most business and casual settings.

I bought these and have been using them for the past 4 weeks while working in the kitchen. They are very slip-resistant (Even when I try to slip myself on purpose). Comfortable to wear and easy to put on. Skechers are also a very well-known and trusted brand in Vietnam so I find it comfortable to buying something I have known a lot. I also whore these while going into the city and are also effective because of the rainy days and also comfortable and breathable to wear on hot days.

One thing I would like to this shoes is one the best sneakers shoes I have ever had the design is awesome stylish elegant good durability and quality I just tried it and I'm loving it this sneakers is the best you never go wrong on what pants you ware trousers or any kind not pants it's very stylish and comfort with removebale sole and the design is very sleek and elegant and now this is my favorite sneakers.

Looks just as advertised, feels even better. Easy to slip on and offers a firm fit. Soul is anti-slippery. Perfect for people working in greasy environments where food and drinks are served, great for casual wear as well. Not my first time buying such a shoe, it will last a year at the least with everyday use. Just make sure to get the right size, as a tighter fit is prone to tears.
